Interesting how this came out many years ago all the people that say they love it now said they would never live in it before. It can really solve a problem for most of the coastal places around the world that lack proper housing.

Absolutely stunning! The black paint gives them a sleek and modern look but it might not be the most practical choice for a hot coastal area. I would have painted them brown and incorporate a mix of blueish tones with an artistic abstract style. Including a pool is the cherry on top 👍🏾

As beautiful as they are my question is how well do they regulate in the coastal heat from the color to the material? I have been inside of container homes in the coast and weuuuuh!

In the video we spent quite a significant amount of time explaining that the hotel is on solar and power. This ensures that the ACs run all through if there is a need. Apart from that, they did triple insulation but even so, the use of AC helps by a mile.

@@livingtinywithGrace Well, for the reason why the person you interviewed and yourself had to stress the following things, "they are trying hard to shade up the place soon, they have to run AC before and during guest stays which in turn drives them to an extensive solar grid, guests leave and don't stay long at the rooms, and so on" not solely but tied to this
