The Noise's "gimmick" is that he has no attack pattern and is solely RNG-based. Pepperman and Vigilante have preset attack patterns tied to their health, so they're easy to memorize. Noise does not follow the same rules. He'll use whatever attack he feels like using, and there's no hope of memorizing any sort of pattern. Not to mention, for Phase 2, he always tacks on an extra stage to his Phase 1 attacks, so you'll have to remember that's a thing when Phase 2 comes.

Hey Chaos Lord, A faster way to defeat the noise without taking damage is by using debug mode and hit F5 enter bossinv_true command as soon as you enter the boss gate and that makes you invincible it won’t count towards your rank but the game will say you took damage I found that the easier way 😎
