A true classic. My dad showed me these movies when we got a VHS Box set of the Trinity Trilogy. My favorite one will always be Trinity Is Still My Name
Without a doubt. Movie makers now could learn so much from these Italian masterpieces. Many outstanding classic cinema scenes through many films. What great chemistry these two had and also not to forget Giuseppe Colizzi's influence pairing them, the directors work in "Boot Hill" is amazing and very under rated in cinema history. Culcher's work was too brilliant and even Marcello Fondato gave us unforgettable moments like the "la la la la la la la" scene. Gold. @camotophat
I always loved the italian cinema (peplum, spaghetti western (most of all), poliziesco, giallo, old comedies with TOTO and Alberto Sordi, for instance, etc. etc.) All the best Marco
An all-time favorite! So thankful my dad introduced me to these as a boy. Also, couldn't help but notice, the 3 bullets in the trailer are ACP..not for revolvers.
One of my all time favorites..watched this countless times as a boy with my dad. But I noticed in the trailer, that the trio of bullets they keep lining up are for a semi auto pistol..lol..knuckleheads.
I was a big fan of Hill and Spencer back in the 70s and 80s. This is the first time I've seen the English language trailer for They Call Me Trinity. Thanks for posting it on RU-vid!
Such beautiful childhood memories. My parents would shove a $10 in my hand and tell me to get lost. I would spend the whole day in the movie theater looking into those blue eyes. Thank G-d for those gorgeous blue eyes!

In Italian films the audio was almost never recorded in synch with the video. All the audio tracks, including Italian and English were recorded later, separate from the filming of the actual movie. This was one of the main complaints Clint Eastwood had about working on Italian films.
Forgive me my Pedantry: The three bullets that get lined up under the Title are .45 ACP rounds - they are rimless and only work in an automatic pistol, not a Colt .45 'Peacemaker' as usually featured in Westerns.
that may be but for me, Bud Spencer will be the best Italian actor and he was a way better swimmer than a lot of Italian actors, Terence Hill but he is German
amico this movie was made near Rome and Abruzzo.... it make part of the less movies not made in SPAIN.... there is a video that show all places there they shoot the movie....
europeans make the better western-movies. its kinda plausibel i think, the west was won by europeans and their spirit. they became "us-americans" earliest after the civil-war.. imo not until the 20th century after the first world war
Can somebody explain why these silly movies were so popular, when Terence Hill/Mario Girotti could have been a real movie star instead of a cartoonish character. He was in 'The Leopard' with Burt Lancaster, and in 'March or Die' with Gene Hackman and Catherine Deneuve, but that film lost money because Hackman was injured and there was a big delay, so Hill went back to Italy, where he is still a big TV star at 78.
