(120 g.) coarsely chopped chocolate wafers or discs (or from a bar), preferably 70% cacao or higher Step 1 In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Step 2 In a large bowl, whisk butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine. Add dry ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until about halfway mixed in. Add chips and wafers and fold until just combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24. Step 3 Let dough come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Using a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons), scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing about 3" apart. Step 4 Bake cookies until edges are golden brown and just set and centers are almost set, 12 to 14 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool slightly.
I used to manage large projects which often included team members from different countries. Always when we got Swedish people on the team they were the worst. I remember we had a guy in Australia who changed his sleep schedule so he can work in an EU timezone so we could do skype meetings. The Swedish guys wouldn’t even stay 15 minutes past knock off time just to wrap the details up. And by god were they terrible at not only meeting deadlines, but letting people know they were behind was beyond them. Swedes tend to be wonderful people in general…but god I cant work with them 😂

I don't understand how you can get so good, I grind like 4-6h cs per day. I practice aim, think about tactics, learn lineups and play games every day. I notice no improvement, my cleanest ever kill still looks worse than your ugliest kill. I have never got over 35 kills in a single game either.

1:25 bro c'mon you don't play faceit because you can't be bothered to adapt, not because its boring. I had a game with you not long ago and you basically threw because your trying to make these stupid solo plays. I get you don't want to play faceit but don't lie about why.
you can make up whatever narrative you want. most people do. i don't play FACEIT because after playing Premier with no delay at CS2 release, i had a chat that is several times as active, and i get to have actual conversations with chat - not just FACEIT chat bots that don't give two shits about what stream they're in, as long as they are watching "high elo". also I get streamsniped every single game on FACEIT if I play it on zero delay. you have no idea what that feels like.
@@renyan Ok, I respect that, but thats the real reason which is genuinely better for you and your community, not that faceit is just 'boring'. I was just annoyed by you being so quick to dismiss faceit as it is what I have known you for for so long and I really enjoyed your csgo content, not that your new content is bad, I really enjoy it. i say it's "boring" because i get the question ten times a stream, and i stream daily. i've even made a whole ass twitlonger about it that is linked in chat. i can't be fucked to go into the whole monologue every single time someone asks
