Gabriel dying always makes me cry, but what makes it even sadder to me is the look on Lucifer's face. The pure anguish at having to kill his precious little brother is heartbreaking.

Ugh! Mark Pelligrino is so good in this episode. Like best actor to ever play Lucifer. He brings so much complexity to a character usually regarded so black and white

Definitely one of my favorite episodes. I love how they included the different gods and how they actually felt about the whole world ending thing. I always hate seeing Gabriel die, though.

Gabriel's death was so sad!!! :'( I love Luci's line "No one gives us the right. We take it." though... Lucifer is such a good character! I love him. But he is also awful! I mean, he's the Devil... Mark is an amazing actor though!

the guy at the end was Pestilence.. He's one of the horsemen... he spreads diseases, creating plagues, stuff like that.

A little lore about the gods: There is God and then all the other gods who were made into gods because they were worshiped by so many. The human soul has magic and in mass quantities it can do things like that.

All Gabriel episodes are the best! He’s my favorite character! For future reference only another archangel could kill an archangel with the archangel blade. It won’t work if say Castiel or the brothers try to use the archangel blade to kill them.

I like the way the made it seem like a MOTW then it just turned and got SERIOUS! Gabriel went out for the right cause. But Lucifer destroyed everyone like nothing, crazy. You are so close. You're gonna love it!

I am SUCH a bitter bitch about the Pagans. Starting with several of those gods are not pagan and are very much still worshipped, and going to WHAT a waste of interesting characters, especially ones who are VERY anti-eating people in their myths. Mercury/Hermes helped curse a mf to eternal torment for that. BUT I like mythology so. It's my pet peeve

This episode was my favorite, i loved every single moment, it was heartbreaking and funny and a set up for my fave moment in the whole show... I do need to tell you something right now, the show officially ends in season 15 BUT to me, this show endend on season 5, as the creator intended to, and that's why he jumped the waggon at the end of this season

I hate and like this episode. I like it because it shows other gods's perspectives over all the apocalypse thing. I hate it because the gods are used more like "punching bags" rather than "ancient entities with powers over nature".🤦🏻‍♂️ I simply hate how the show mocks and treats the gods like jokes rather than actual threats.

Who don't know about kali she is goddess of destruction .. she is so powerful sheb destroy all existence in blink of eyes nd she is undefeated in battlefield . But supernatural team ruin all this .

the shame and pain in Gabriel's eyes,during Kali's speech was so precious😢considering,she kinda had a point!not that Gods or mythological creatures or religious symbols are real but,in SPN tv show they usually portrayed as cannibals which I think it's the show runners trick to make us feel no sympathy for them!but what ever we want or try to prove Abrahamic believes are the real ones,never changes the fact that this world and it's people and their believes existed even before that!and in this episode Kali literally said"you're not the only ones"which is true but she said another kind of true to Gabriel as well!for thousands of years,mythological Gods were on earth and know people,humans and their treats and hobbies(because that's what people believe for thousands of years and made stories about it)and all this time,where exactly Gabriel's younger and older siblings(angels)were?in this show,their entire presence on this earth was just punish sinners and burn even innocents alongside with them,and never actually be a true guardian as expected!even Gabriel killed some people in S2 and excused them as bad people,but never did anything to make humans try to love and respect him!and he knew it,that's why he had no answers to Kali! I remember the first time watching this episode,even though Gabriel still wasn't that much likable,but I really cried when he died😭😭😭

This is one of my favorite episodes. Literally the only problem i have with it is how easily Lucifer defeated the Gods. I mean to a degree i fully understand, the show has made it clear that most of the pagan gods get their power from worshipers. The more people worship them the stronger the god/goddess. And considering most of those gods/goddesses aren't very well known it's no surprise Lucifer (who is an angel & doesn't operate by the worshiper rules, but even if he did Christianity is the largest religion by far with over 2.5 BILLION followers therefore he'd be powerful asf) would kill most of them easily. I just feel like some should of put up a bigger fight. Odin for example is very much well known with tons of followers today (also I'm not 100% sure if the worshipers need to BELIEVE in the gods & pray to them or just simply know of their existence. The Paris HIlton god got power from eating the fans/worshipers of famous people that she pretended to be) Kali is a Hindu goddess & Hinduism is the 3rd most followed religion on earth with almost a billion followers. She should've been able to hurt/fight him WAY more than she was shown to here. Her being able to hurt Mercury kinda showed her power a little but her fire should've high key had Lucifer hurting. Even if he beats her (which i think he probably would within the bounds/lore of the show) it should've been more of a fight. He was literally smiling/grinning at her when the fire went away. And as far as the show "messing up" lore on the gods I don't really care about that lol. They've changed/made up lore within Christianity too. This is their fictional world & they can make alterations/changes as they see fit. And while i know you may think that last argument could be used to defeat my critique of the gods power you'd be wrong lol. Cause they've established within their lore that the gods get power from worshipers & Kali would have nearly a billion of them since she's a Hindu Goddess. The lore points to some of these Gods (Odin/Kali specifically) being stronger than they were shown to be. I do find it strange that Baldr would be seemingly leading this get together (He even made Kali chill out, seems they were running things but he had authority enough to get her to stop hurting Mercury. Or at the very least she respected him enough to listen) when his dad Odin was in the room. Figured Odin would lead it or have a bigger role to play other than just a normal member. Other than what I've pointed out i find this to be one of the best episodes & if the gods had been boosted up in power it would've been in a top 10 list for me.

i didn't like this episode. I know it's a controversial one in general but the fact that lucifer could so effortlessly intimidate and kill gods of other religions kind of showed that those gods are quite weak in comprison. Kind of came off wrong and maybe a bit racist, though i dont want to say the writers had that intention.
