They Died Waiting: The Crisis in Mental Health - Stories of Loss and Stories of Hope - Book Launch. 

As a team we were incredibly lucky to host the launch event for They Died Waiting: The Crisis in Mental Health - Stories of Loss and Stories of Hope by Caroline Aldridge and Emma Corlett. The event saw many of the books contributors tell a piece of their story, resulting in a powerful and important message. This is a book that really needs read, full of stories that really need to be heard.

A message from author Caroline Aldridge:
"Emma and I offer our thanks to everyone who contributed to They Died Waiting and to the launch. It was an emotional, challenging but hopeful event. Thank you to everyone who attended and to those who registered so they could get links to the video and resources. I am still working my way through the transcript of the chat and the lovely messages people sent and I will respond soon.
The contributors to the book courageously shared their stories in honour of their loved ones and the hope of supporting positive change. For this to be possible we need every one of you to help us in whatever way you can. Whether it is reading and telling people about the book, buying copies for your workforce or libraries, or making a noise on social media, your support could make a difference.
