We drive to Zweibrücken on a rainy day to visit Gerald's old high school (Go Trojans!) and stomping grounds. We walk downtown and see the old Parkbräu beer brewery slated for demolition and have delicious apple and cherry strudels. Gerald gets verklempt as we walk to the car to drive back to Trier.
