They drained our favorite fishing canal and even left some fish to die! Every year here in AZ they drain a canal to clean. This year it happened to be the best fishing canal !
Canal fishing is very popular here in AZ, and the draining’s are not the issue. What is however is the leaving of fish to ultimately run out of air and die. We have to conserve any fish we have.
