Sammy is a master storyteller. I really like how he frames and chronicles his stories. He doesn’t just say “Ya, Paul got me for $40k once” and moves on to something else. He starts from the inception of that specific piece of the timeline. You think he’s going to end up saying the non union boss tried to stiff him so he killed him. He’s a natural He does this with all of his stories.

I heard about this story since I was a kid. I have a family member who was at that job in Staten Island and when he found out what they were dumping there he left. Thankfully he did cuz they all got busted right after that.

You have to take it to a certified HazMat disposal site, get the tickets for each load to prove that you dumped according to state and federal regulations. If your bid on the job includes say, 500K of disposal, and you only have to pay 50,000 to a regular dump site, that's 450K you stick in your pocket. The rub comes in when the owner requests the tickets from the HazMat disposal company. You have to prove that it was disposed appropriately. That can be fudged too but another time....love the construction aspect of Sammy. Keep it going my friend. I'm over here waiting for more stories. I wish my memory was as sharp.
