On PC the most nerf deserving characters are in order : -Red Dabi -Twice -Yellow Shigi -Red Deku I ounce fought a team of the 3 first and couldn’t move for one second with all those grabs/tracking stuns.

When it comes to toga. I don't think her dmg is the problem. It's her uptime. Girl can infinitely spam gamma and beta with special action resets.

Im glad about the changes, but like most people are saying they need to take a look into Twice and Yellow Shiggy stuns (and honestly strike dabi grab, I dont like nerfing dmg so I would say more self dmg?). Todoroki they def took the easy way out, I wish they made his gamma spawn a beta ice wall at the end (less dmg ofc) and have him fly up (less than red deku). That way it should still be 2 walls but would give him a slight vertical mobility buff that he def needs

Nah All Might didn't even get nerfed, one of the biggest annoyances with going against All Might is purely the juggle potential and that his beta is super easy to combo with his alpha. Being a character without mobility and getting knocked up in the air sometimes is a death sentence, buffing his Alpha will only make it feel worse when you go against a good All Might.

This patch is pretty good. I think the todoroki ice wall buf is scary for close Rangers, which is like the only good thing he did even before the buff so i guess nothing really changed he just does his job better

Definitely a W patch. Now to really reel toga in is to make her stop reloading while the beta is active. Reload time stops after she stops moving and then we'll be in business

some units nerfs or buffs mean nothing, if they want to balance the game and fix issues beyond hacking and bugs, then they need to remove the whole feature that only SOME units can hit you while you are in falling animation, such as all myt he only destroys becoz he spins you up and either rush punches you mid air or just spams with yelo deku or mt lady to spam u as you fall, red dabi can gamma grab you again during fall animation and some other units can hit people while falling allowing insta killing which to me is as lame as fighting a hacker, i last longer against hackers in fact, where as other heroes CANNOT connect any skills or attacks to an enemy that is falling, it literally passing through the enemy unit, so this is one of the most unbalance features in this game currently, please urge devs to fix this, either all units shuld be able to hit you when in falling animation or none should be able to, picking and choosing who can is a joke for balance, also the characters should all be given 3 hit max and then downing people, the whole exploiting multi combo connecting to insta down full health people is also lame, this game should be a fun fight for victory not a tilting unbalanced community of zero skill aimbot modders and exploit users...this game is awesome, just wish the DEVs would fix crucial bugs like a dabi R that doesnt stand up, and wish they would just balance the GAME instead of nerfing and buffing characters endlessly, the character balance imo is like the 5th or 6th most important issue
