carb and fat is also source of energy. it is ok as long as you actively move. i think thats why athletes eats plenty because they are more active than any person and all that carb and fat are got burned completely .

Idols literally spend hours upon hours of dance practice that ALSO needs a lot of energy and stamina, not really different from training from athletes, but most idols have to eat with an extreme diet while athletes can eat a lot, I don't understand. Even if it's to "look good", athletes look amazing despite eating healthy and normal so why not idols too The beauty standards are seriously fucked up
