he's not saying they won't, he's saying for it to be a legal stop they have to have a reason, i don't know why kevin was pulled but if you watch the full video on his channel, towards the end the cops pull up to the cirlce k behind him and 2 other and claim one was doing wheelies when he wasn't

@@dickfartjr and that's where you would be wrong. I recommend looking the supreme Court ruling on Terry versus ohio. Legally speaking they can pull you over and question you for essentially any reason they deem reasonable. Now that doesn't necessarily mean you're going to get a ticket the legally speaking they do have every right to pull you over for whatever they want. And of course if you're dumb enough to try and run that is an instant felony fleeing and evading conviction. I really wish more people would understand what officers legally can and cannot do. Doesn't matter if you like it or not. The law is still the law and if you don't like it then petition to have whatever laws you don't like removed from the books. Just don't be an idiot sweetheart 😘
