Little trivia: Back in old Real Bout days, Round Wave (Terry's qcf+HP) was a multi-lane projectile, with no forward dislocation at all, but acting as a defense tool against players approaching from the other lanes. Depending on the angle of the adversary jump, the Round Wave acted as a good anti-air as well. A very useful tool indeed.
they have way to manny crossover characters right now: terry & ken from smash akuma from tekken and ryu & chun from fortnite. how about making some original characters instead 😡😡😡
I also cleared his trials tonight, some of his advanced trials were more of a challenge than I thought it would be. Terry’s also my main in Smash Ultimate.
My only real critique is while Buster Wolf looks sick, it sounds kinda flaccid. KOF XV's Buster Wolf sounds like a giant cannon going off, especially the LVL 2 version.
Master Terry would be awesome. It seems really hard to get the timing and spacing of his moves just right, but most of his combos do a lot of damage and he's got range, so I think that mastering Terry is going to be a test of how unsafe you play with all the tools he's got.
Damn how did you get to play him? I just want to use a rental fighter token on him but it won't let me while the servers are down. I can't stand waiting!
@thenewkalpa i hate that you have to spend 12 dollars to get him, I'm a big fan of snk but I don't want to support this practice. I really want terry bogard but 12 dollars? I don't want all those extra useless coins.
Hey JM! Fun fact: SF6 Terry is based on Real Bout era Terry, which is why he has target combos that go into oversway (the "lane" system) and also why Power Dunk is a target combo. Honestly it's really cool that they chose this version of Terry specifically, considering it's technically "the" Terry even though his KOF iterations are more well known. Also, I know it was a mistake, but you saying Terry had Round Wave in Art of Fighting made me die inside a little. 😅
Sorry to be off topic but am I the only one getting glitchy video on almost any video uploaded in the last two days or so? I don't know if it's on my end or if YT have tinkered (and broken something) in their compression algorithm.
Terry looks terrible. He's by far the worst animated character in the game with the worst model. This guy despises leg day... The guest characters are apparently an excuse for them to cut corners.
If you think Terry looks bad in SF6, then the developers must be sipping cocktails in a jacuzzi while their brains melt like a popsicle in a heatwave! I mean, they probably think "animation" means drawing stick figures in the sand with a rusty shovel.
