I have the momentum 397TH and we have the 2nd full bathroom in garage it gets used but we could do without it also. Mostly just turns into storage area, our can am takes up most all the garage space

45’ hauler absolutely needs a second full bath. Manufactures are getting close to a perfect toy hauler floor plan but it hasn’t happened yet. IMO those few are voltage 4225, momentum 395, cyclone 4006, Fuzion 430.

What your saying is we need a few thousand pounds of office gear, and for me camera gear, lights, computers, etc. to balance the weight. I'll let my wife know I need to do some shopping at B&H Photo, you know, for RV safety! lol.

That opening to the garage helps make the living and kitchen area feel bigger, it offers a useful area during travel stops, if whatever one is putting in the garage doesn't take up all the space.

Looks very similar to our DRV MX-450. The pass through is cool but we have a pantry there. We also have a window above the stove which is really needed since there are very few windows on the patio side. My biggest complaint with our rig is the lack of windows.

Yep, very MX-450 like, the bathroom looks a little smaller on this one. For us we didn't even consider the MX because the kitchen layout. The JX layout fits our needs a lot better.

I disagree with you on having to have a large toy hauler to have larger living space. Take the 320G Momentum, 321 Nitro, and the new Alliance 36V11 the floor plans are all the same for the most part. They all put the half bath in the garage and use the island 8n the kitchen for the sink witch in turn makes the actual living space small. If those two parts were changed the living space could in turn be much larger. Thank you Sir for all your informative and amazing content

The folk at etrailer are awesome! Saved my ass with the rebuilding of my front landing gear on our Northpoint! Great prices with my first experience dealing with them, being new in the full time thing and the customer service pleasantly surprised me as well. (just so people are aware of them.....) Now the coach... Let's face it JD... it's a Riverstone! Nothing but beauty and quality in these rigs that I can't wait to purchase one day!

This is awesome! Love the L living room, the bathroom, and the deck. The toy hauler section would be a great place for my dog kennels as well as a den. I would consider this for stationary full time living, but not travel.

Hey JD I hope you're having a great day? I really love this Riverstone Legacy 4513DST. I whole setup is amazing. The entertainment center is awesome with the hidden storage. The kitchen layout is different with the pass through window. The bathroom is large. The shower is amazing with the shower surround. The master bedroom is very spacious. The garage area is different then what I was expecting. I'm glad that it has the three AC units,the electric fireplace space heater! Does any of the AC units come with the heat pump built into them? I'm glad it comes with a generator, an what size generator comes in this Riverstone? The running gears are upgraded along with great tires. I could use the garage for a bunch of different things besides hauling toys. Thank you JD for showing us this Riverstone an giving us the information on it!!!! Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from North Carolina!!😎😀😃🤘😎

I really want the Riverstone Legacy (42FSKG) TH with the small under bedroom garage (or the GD Solstice 376TH). I only have a Snap-On tool cart and a Honda Africa Twin to put in the garage. I'm currently in a DP with a 20' trailer and it's a PITA to have to own a tiny car that will fit in the trailer. I'd rather get the TH and an F450.

Suggestion: like a simi trailer, is it possible to have a three position tandem wheel slide. Standard or first position Second position is for 1500-2000 pounds Third position would be 2000-3000 pounds Have a release lever, apply the trail brakes to pull or push the tandem wheels into the desired garage weight needed. It would give people options to carry toys and cars less than 3000lbs, adjusting the hitch weight for safety

These trailers are super nice BUT also super heavy. If you stay on the move full time I’m not sure a one ton dully is enough comfortably all the time. Yes I know they will tow it but towing a unit this heavy all the time is a serious workout.

So the cabinet draws are hardwood...how about the cabinets themselves? Are they hardwood, vinyl wrapped lumber core or vinyl wrapped MDF? How about overall construction like plumbing (proper fittings for transitions from flex to pex}, the outriggers...are they up to all the weight (refer to Grand Design Solitude 390RK with the collapsing floors)?

All Cabinet Doors are Solid Wood and drawers I believe are plywood. No MDF or wrapped products.

This thing is sweet, but looking at the specs, you need an f450 or bigger to tow this this. Just to warn people. This thing 19k lbs dry and loaded out is near 24k lbs. The hitch weight alone empty is f450 range.

"Self protection devices" ...very slick, JD. Nice looking rig, but not very functional, no dinette: can't see to talk with others in opposing theater seats without leaning way forward; the fridge is a hike from the stove when you need something quick while cooking; lacks camp side windows. I've never understood that rear suspended patio deal. You are camping, so go sit at a table outside or around a firepit. Why is the washer /dryer not set further to the camp side, allowing larger closet space? As for the front to rear weight distribution, once you pull the heavy toy out, the lack of weight doesn't matter, as you only need it while towing. Would have liked to see the outside. Thanks JD, but I'm not sure they 'got it right.'

For a toy hauler, it’s very nice design. I like the pass through, although not sure I’d use it, and I’d hope it’s a solid panel that closes up the pass through so there’s privacy. The TV view is horrible from the loveseat, but looks somewhat okay from the theater seats. I assume the loveseat makes into a small bed? The bath is great, the bedroom is good, and the garage is about what you’d expect, although the awning over the deck is nice as it covers the entire deck. I didn’t notice if there’s a 1/2 bath in the garage? Oh, and I hate the exterior paint, probably because I’m not a fan of orange on an RV.

That kitchen is worthless, very little counter space or storage. 45 foot long and that little bit of living/kitchen space? I bet anyone that buys this floorplan, regrets it on the first use
