@@AVAULT I have been testing my own variant for quite awhile now. I was the there on the release day and created my own build on the spot. Proceeded to go 23/0 with it. The trick for the deck is actually quite simple. Run the Dex package. Three of the Dexdoruga. Don’t run as many SOC cards and focus more on the X-Antibody cards. They add more consistency and can fill up your trash with the Dex cards. Then you have more layers of removal that your opponent has to consider. Also the hand fixing is quite helpful. Dexdoruga also gains you a memory and a card draw while filling your trashing and giving you a blocker with retaliation. The new Dex cards are powerful too. In all honesty I would only replace a DexDoruga with the new one and replace the other Dex cards entirely. One Dexdorugrey and two DexDorugoramon. You are more likely to be on a Dorugrey or Dorugoramon in my build than a Dorugamon. Those typically are digivolve on top of normally before hand. But the protection is useful for certain combos and you are able to get to the one of cards quickly. So there isn’t much issue there. I also don’t run the training cards at all in my decks. They may be useful but sometimes you need something other than reduced digivolution cost. As for another note… I do not have any copies of the new Dorumon nor the BT 7 Dorumon. I was unable to find any copies of them. So I have been making due with the 1000 Dp Inheritable Dorumon and two Ryudamon I have. Once I get the rest of the deck built I should be able to do much more. Also once the new Dex cards come out, you can forcefully delete your own Digimon to unsuspend your Dorugoramon and revive something and trigger a Dex in trash to digivolve. Combine this with taunts and retaliation that you gain, you can remove pretty much anything. Especially with Collision. Also I do not own any copies of Death X nor do I plan on running any. Great card, too expensive, not needed for my build. I recommend adding in either Ultimate Flare or DG Dimension. They help control boards and are security bombs that synergizes with the deck. Death X Digivolution I run as a two off right now. Once the new Tamer is out I will cut one from the deck. I will be doing extensive testing for quite awhile. I mean I have a lot of free time on my hands since I graduated on the release day. I literally graduated to get that deck which I find funny since my favorite Digimon is Dorugoramon. I went to my local card shop in my cap and gown. Sadly I was too late for the release day tournament but they all understood why immediately. I cannot wait for Bt 17 much longer. I am also saving up my funds to finish my build. I have it posted on a website. It is called Dex Program and is one of many decks I have tried building. Currently I have 25 decks I can use in person to varying degrees of power and completion. If you want to take a look at my list I would be honored. I would love to hear your thoughts on my build. And I apologize in advance for the essay I wrote for it. I am not joking on that.
Didn't you win game 1 anyway? Even if he blocked properly, you had Kosuke Kisakata mind linked which gave Dorugreymon Piercing, so it would have deleted the digimon and then hit the security stack for game regardless.
My understanding is that you can always target any Digimon for effects. Since the Tyrant unsuspends, it would mean that the effect is still there and it would no longer be immune forcing it to attack.
normally yeah, you can't trigger the tamer's mind link effect on a digimon that is already mindlinked. However its a different story if the digimon effect says you can add a specific tamer to its source from the hand.
Why remove kosuke from sephirothmon on the first game? Wasn't there due mind like, Sephirot evolved by 3 over the tamer. Which means you cannot unmind link him.
The inherited effects of all Mind Link Tamers is to just play them from source on End of the Turn. You don't need to Mind Link them to use this effect, just like you can play an Eiji from your stack even if it was tucked in by Looga
@@lalokx7577 Yes, the effect is generic. It doesn't care how the tamer got there. "At the end of all turns, you may play a (tamer's name) from this Digimon evolution sources for free"
I am not 100% sure on ruling but i think it is seperate cause the memory is if its green or blue but its seperated by a period so I THINK you can use the second effect if DNA'ing but you can not gain the memory
Just wait until you see what it can do if used in a different way. They are both powerful but the Dorugoramon version has its own perks that people forget about.
Every time I see ukko in a build, it just turns me away from the video. I'm so tired of seeing that digi shoved into everything bc it makes me think this game is leaning towards yugioh, where the game decides a portion of your deck for you.
I get that. But it's more of a symptom of decks becoming more tribal. Like how Greymon decks now search out Greymons and Tais and play tais for free on evo. Ukkomon is meant to be a generic search for those lacking those kinds of searches. Especially if the rookie line up for some decks are really lacking or you're not playing a main protagonist deck. In this case, black base SoC. They could use bt9 Dorumon for the trash and draw effect, but your pool of x-antibodies is not that great cause you need all those pieces in hand. Ukkomon is just more efficient at the moment until maybe BT17. Personally, I kinda see Ukkomon as a default rookie if and only if I can't find any other better rookie that can help with a deck.
Honestly I understand your frustration especially in a deck profile like Doragora where there are so many child stage choices especially if you run it as X-Antibody variant
