white and green i don't even know what purple is... but i assume its special defense white and green boost your hp and special attack so, white and green sets are great tanky special attackers. in general its better to boost your hp instead of one of your defenses. because boosting your hp makes you bulkier, no matter what attacking stat your opponent uses. so... i would not go out of my way to get defense and special defense emblems. but if you can get them on your build at no cost... why would you not.

Slowbro is my go to Defender. Used to run scald until they release pokemon with insane mobility -ZOROARK- . Now I run Surf purely for the CC.

When we equipped 6 brown bronze emblems it give 4% attack. Does gold or silver boost emblems give more % or are they same?

is there any tips to play slowbro in rank soloQ? I usually play Scald-Tele Slowbro with exp share, res guard, and spoon/focus band. Im tired of catching enemy but my other teammate is either weak or decided to run/bad timing especially in ray fight.

curse item gains more value when enemy got lot of healing moves. There is no ultimate better choice.
