don't even know it's there you get your gun nice and tight it the one cool thing about the VNSH holster is that this pocket sucks the pistol grip back to your body a lot of belly bands aren't able to do that and actually that's not the only cool thing about the holster it has two magazine pouches right here which I've highlighted with some Expo markers that gives you the ability to carry one in the gun two over here you want a duty light or a knife or something like there hey you can go ahead and carry those as well this is comfortable that's the name of the game here so the way that we worked this is that we created this microfiber on the back it is a sweat wicking non-odor absorbing microfiber that lets you carry all day long without having to worry about stinking or sweating and just being all nasty.

I love "belly band" holsters as I have been using them for many years. As a recently retired LEO with over 30 years experience , I used one undercover for many of those years, wore it when working out and running with no problems, and still wear one almost daily. I wont mention the one I've worn and trusted for years to take away from your business. It has the spare mag on the opposite side, it has pockets for my wallet and pockets for my knives. The biggest problem I have with yours is the spare magazines are on the same side as the weapon. That's a big problem for me, especially in law enforcement, If I have an engagement and have to perform an empty gun reload or tactical exchange, having the spare mags on the same side as the gun makes it very slow and difficult to do. If you rectify that huge problem I would definitely consider trying yours.

As a marketer, I appreciate your videos and that you reply to comments. My feedback for every belly band design is to 1. Put the hook side of the velcro on the INSIDE so the soft part, if exposed, hits your skin. 2. Taper the velcro so you have .5" of just the band material at the bottom instead of hook. 3. Sew the pocket on the inside so the gun is super tight to your body. (It looks like your rig may hold the pistol tight to the body. ) 4. Have adjustable/ removable retention straps. (looks like you did that). The always seem to engage grip safety on 1911 and the springfields. I still use my comfort tac, which has been one my favorites because it works with lasers. Your site said it would not work, but another commenter said he unstiched a a bit at the bottom. Does that void anything? Do you have any cut for laser? Thank you!. PS- Respectfully, even with the discount, you are 2x the rest of the market.

So I just received mine yesterday. I went through trying it on, all the draws and pistol fit. So far so good. The only issue I have is the level 2 retention. I carry a Kahr P40 and it fits in nicely but the level 2 retention strap is too loose when secured. I tried taking strap further into the holster but the Velcro runs out of room. The remedy for this would be to increase Velcro further up the strap or have a smaller strap included that will allow a tighter level 2 connection for smaller weapons. I will probably just sew more Velcro onto strap and fix issue. Hope this helps

My wife's G2c and G43 sidearms are so small, the the Velcro actually ran past the bottom of the holster, as well. But VNSH gives their customers the liberty to cut strap (on both Retention strap and the Velcro Belly Strap), so there's that option as well.

Hi, This Holster is okay.. I carry the Sig Sauer 320 Classic..When new everythings is tight.. I left this pistol/mags in place for a few months. Now its much better. At first, it was difficult to reholster.. Now, I pull on the lower retention strap and it slides in but you have to look down and make sure its back in place. I'm careful with the insert of the magazines as they can fall out. Now, I'm careful everything is seated well. That's one thing I like about this holster you can carry a lot of ammo with this VNSH. Fast draw like with any other holster takes practice. You must be conscious of what holster you are wearing every time you go out. All in all ..im pleased..try one you cant lose. A.A. Prescott, Az.

I just received mine, and my first impression is it's not really smooth feeling on the skin for someone like me that has a wee bit of a belly roll. I don't have any other holsters to compare it to, but I don't like having the large Velcro piece inside the holster to rub on the gun either. I'm going to play with it and see if it works out.

Would like to see a level 2 retention without the strap that Has to be released. New to CC but I think it's just one added step one has to go through as opposed to Drawing the weapon. For me if I could find that in this style of holster it's game on for me.

I just received mine today. I have a 40”waist but it does leave some of the scratchy Velcro exposed to the skin. Maybe I should’ve gone with the extended version?? I can deal with that and I’m getting my MIL to secure an appropriate material on there for me. I own a Sig P-365 X-Macro so not a small handgun. It does have a TLR 7sub light on it. It’s a snug fit (not a bad thing) but it does tend to turn the light on when drawing from the pouch. Again, that could be a good thing but my concern is it turning the light on without me realizing when arranging the weapon in the holster. The comfort is truly outstanding and as a guy who’s 250 lbs, this is a game changer. I’ve always had to wear jeans with my appropriate gun belt to carry and with summer almost here, I wanted something I could daily carry with more summer type clothing. Problem solved with the VNSH. The magnetic clip to secure the gun is the original design as I know they’re looking at folding the magnet in the opposite direction for an easier release. I wish mine had that as it is awkward to release the magnetic snap easily. Concerning in an emergency situation. I wish the trigger guard area was slightly larger but I did hear they are looking at offering some horseshoe type of upgrade. I’d take that! It isn’t easy to reholster the weapon but I’m assuming that will get better with practice as well as the holster getting broken in on my Sig specifically. The build quality is fantastic and overall I’m happy with it on day one.

Carrying concealed is tough. Especially if you are in and out of a vehicle throughout the day. On the waist just sucks all around for comfort. "The most comfortable holster you'll ever wear?" But it's made out of yoga pants. I carry a $1,500 gun, I'll be damned if I put it in yoga pants. I had a custom fit 42R shoulder holster made completely out of black sharkskin. Cost almost as much as my gun. It's pretty damn comfortable and I don't wear board shorts.

Interesting product, but it looks like there's some room for improvement especially having a more rigid material to protect the trigger guard, and it would be nice if the strap was designed to fit over the slide for a realistically faster draw, but that may be harder to design for with a universal design (see Armed and Styled video on belly bands regarding). I Look forward to future VNSH products!

** Not to mention the retention is rock-solid… but still incredibly easy to draw.(taken from the website you have linked--Buy one here) I really wanted to love this holster. It is very comfortable. Easy to adjust and wear. I own three Smith & Wesson pistol ( M&P Shield; The Equalizer and the M&P 9 2.0 full frame) and they all fit securely in this holster. The retention system works as stated in the video but, "still incredibly easy to draw" (end quote). I would beg to differ. I have never seen the advertiser draw his pistol from the holster. I have found with all three of my pistols that if I holster my pistols in a way that the trigger is protected inside the holster, there is no way to properly grab the grip of your pistol. The pistol is so far down within the holster and snug, that you can not completely grab the grip. I am no way a professional when it come to pistols but, with my KYDEX holsters once I grab the pistol's grip to draw, my grip on the pistol is right where it need to be. While using the VNSH holster, my pistol once properly holstered, I can not grab the grip fully. Once my pistol has been drawn, I MUST reposition my hand on the grip of the pistols before taking the ready position and acquiring my target. Precious time is lost. Someone please prove me wrong. I really wanted to like the holster.

You are not drawing correctly for this type of holster and you CANNOT compare such a holster to kydex. That's not even apples to oranges. Left hand push barrel up into right hand draw. ALL THE BELLY BANDS, THUNDERWEAR, AND KANGAROO TYPE CARRIE'S... considered DEEP carry, draw this way. Also including Chris counter terrorism deep concealment holster. The market probably just thinks you know that. But yes, you are simply drawing it with one hand and it is really a2 hand draw. And not as quick as a kydex. Pros, you can literally conceal it in gym shorts and no shirt. It's unbelievably comfortable. Cons, slower draw, 2 hand draw. I actually only consider a holster a conceal if it actually can be concealed in swimming trunks and no shirt... like the ones i stated. If it's one that prints massively or you cover with an over shirt... thats just a holster someone sold you and stamped"concealed" on it. That's rubbish.

I notice you mention the regular size will fit up to those who 48" waist. So I have a 36" waist, would the holster retain position with people that have a smaller waist? Typically elastic material tend to loose tension when it is stretched less. And are seams covered in areas it makes direct contact with the body, the problem with exposed seams is they get irritating as they rub against the skin.

The only concern I have is in other vids showing a 1911 cocked and locked, the retention snap was over the grip safety and not over the cocked hammer as all my other holsters for 1911 do. Can that retention snap be angled or configured to allow it to snap over the cocked hammer? I would not want to carry my 1911 with the grip safety engaged, whether or not the trigger guard will prevent the trigger from being engaged or not. This seems like a design flaw if it's intended to carry 1911s in that manner. I'm open to your response to this concern.

First off, I do not leave online reviews because I tend to think that they are a lot of hype and generally not helpful in my choice. That is until I bought a VNSH holster based on the return policy. I have carried concealed for 30+ years in all types of weather and activity levels and have purchased more holster setups than I can count, none come close to the VNSH. I am 6'1, 225 and prefer to carry at 4 o'clock either IWB or OWB depending on cover garment. I tried this holster on with my 365xl and LC9 and it was instantly comfortable and gave a security that was unexpected. The promos make a claim that this would be the only holster that you would ever need. I am 100% in agreement that this will be the go to rig for my concealed carry needs. And it fits my 1911 as good as the 365!!

So I just got this holster and I realized if you wear something with a belt, like jeans, khakis, dress pants, slacks, or cargo pants. This doesn't seem to work well. It's comfortable, yes. But if you wear a belt, and don't wear sweatpants everywhere (like me, I am not a boomer but I do regular pants everyday, because I like looking decent) the belt press's against the barrel of the pistol and it pushes the grip out. If you wear the holster lower, then grip is almost covered by the belt and it is hard to grip and draw. Then once the gun is drawn, the belt presses the holster closed and you can't reholster the gun. Now I did try with the 1 pair of sweat pants I own, (which I never wear) and I imprint like crazy and I wear loose fitting shirts. That was with a CZ P10C and M&P shield. Lastly you can't cant (angle) the gun. So for me to apendix carry, the gun needs to be canted slightly, which you can not do with this holster. For me, the holster is comfortable, and I wish other holsters were just as comfortable,but this imprints way too much, and doesn't work well with regualr pants with a belt. But that's just me.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our holster. We're sorry to hear that it didn't work well with the type of clothing you typically wear. Our VNSH holster is designed to fit snugly against your body and can be worn with a variety of clothing styles, but we understand that everyone has different preferences and needs. Regarding the issue with the belt pressing against the barrel and pushing the grip out, we recommend adjusting the position of the holster on your body or trying a different carry position that works better for you. It's also important to ensure that the holster is properly adjusted and tightened to prevent any unwanted movement. As for the issue with imprinting, we understand that it can be a concern for some individuals. While our holster is designed to be as discreet as possible, certain clothing types may cause more imprinting than others. We appreciate your feedback on this issue and will take it into consideration for future product development. Lastly, regarding the inability to cant the gun, our holster is designed to provide a secure and stable carry position, which may not allow for canting. However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider adding more customization options to future iterations of the holster. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope that you find a holster that better suits your needs. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're always here to help!

@@vnshholsters I appericate your time to reply. I have triesld different positions, tried it higher up (imprints bad), as low as it can go, in apendenix, 3 and 4 o'clock position. I have photos to prove none of it worked.Also, no matter the position, the barrel gets pushed in by the belt, causing the grip to get push ou. Plus with work, I don't have a choice in clothing material since I wear a uniform. Look, it was super comfortable, I wish all holsters were as comfortable. If I wore sweat pant or pants that used an elastic band all the time or more often, and wore cotton shirts while working out or extremely loose fitting shirts(nothing wrong with those who do), it just didn't work out. Best of luck I hope you guys grow massively.

I also wear a bellyband which I have had to customize to allow a 10-15 degree cant. I have a short torso, and a vertical carry/draw is uncomfortable. I am a former LEO who carried a Glock 17 with a Level 3 retention, so I'm familiar with my issues with a vertical holster. When I customized the cant on my bellyband, it was so comfortable and the draw/reholstering was very intuitive. Now, if YOU come up with that option, you have a HOLSTER and a customer for life.

I just ordered one. I've worn a smart carry holster for 14 years... wore out a dozen of them with my Glock 26 and G17 back up mag. In the early days when Charlie invented it, I wore holes thru the back and used duck tape...then bought another...6-9 months was avg. Over the years and the new owner...she changed it up so it never wears thru...I've had the same one for about 2 years now... no wear. So why did I just order one from you? The 3rd pocket is interesting...I'll use it for a light I think...moved from my pocket. But the #1 reason is what you said about the built in trigger guard. I've used a cut down, modded, iwb kydex holster as an insert for the smart carry for almost all of those 14 years. Its excellent at covering the trigger, but it adds width and lumps to the holster that does print some, so I wear pleated pants, baggy gym shorts, etc... it also precludes moving to the hip...it prints too bad, so I only carry deep in the front. I hope this set up from you will allow me to move it around my body well... but at 55 with a grand daughter crawling around my lap...the covered trigger guard is super important. I live in the deep south. I never remove my smart carry for mowing the yard, working projects, working out, hiking, etc.... I hope yours holds up to sweat like the newer Smart Carry does for me. I do use a Sneaky Pete holster on my Harley...but other than that I use the SC every bit of the time...for the Glock 26 and the G17 backup mag. I have written positive reviews all over the internet for them in the past... I hope to be able to do that for your Vanish holster in the future. It might also bear mentioning that I carry 100% of the time when I'm awake....and the holster lays on my bedside table when I'm not. I'm ex Army infantry, so sleeping with a weapon is 2nd nature, lol. I also have a waterproof box for my gun and spare mag when I'm paddling my canoe or kayak... again, my point is 24/7/365... I have care, custody, and control...and my weapon is with me... your holster will be used...hard...and I do hope it performs well.

Yes even more better than a Kydex line in in the pocket is that trigger guard you have there if that is pretty much the whole front of that that is ideal and when he says the most comfortable way to carry he is not lying I was severely disappointed after I place a unloaded handgun in there and attempted to act like that's how I was going to carry it as far as the knockoff I got the concepts and feeling was amazing this is actually safe definitely going to grab one and another thing it only fits subcompact to compact gun so I tried to make the pocket bigger to put in my holsters in there to at least try to use it like I said of both but they nailed it here I was waiting to see what was protecting the gun from firing and all the other ones just have that little strap and a basic pocket with no trigger guard hell yeah come summertime perfect and I don't know if this one has it but the one I had had little Velcro strips and little multiple magazine pouches and random little dude ads but you can add that with velcro from Walmart if you wanted to add more but I think this is perfect well done you've nailed it now I can wear my basketball shorts and not be scared of if I have to draw my gun on someone The holster coming out with the gun and getting lit up no matter how I tried to attempt to carry with basketball shorts a regular holster is just not going to work you can practice practice all you want but when you really start acting like there's a threat there and you're grabbing for your life there's no holster that is going to accompany basketball shorts but this hell yeah I'm excited because I got a third of the taste of this

i really wanted to like this holster and i watched an honest review of a guy who bought this and three of the problems he highlighted are the three reasons i would not buy this holster. If VNSH fixed these three problems i would definately. One, the hook side of the velocro faces the body. why not reverse that so that if it is not perfectly aligned it isnt rubing your skin raw. 2. The trigger gaurd doesnt protect against all gun as the guy shows. 3. the Retention strap. the part of the strap that is permentaly attached to the holster is not sown completly down so when you want to break the retention, rather than your finger or thumb going to the retention strap that is supposed to relese, it goes to the side that is permenant and when the poo hits the fan and your fine motor skills diminish, those few precious seconds could mean life or death. that said, all three of these issues should be very easy to correct by the company and if they fix them i will definately be buying one. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AkWlpR1B4PM.html here is the review video, give it a look. he isnt negative, he really wanted to keep the holster.

I'll have to watch this whole video but in the other video I didn't hear any mention of any type of Kydex or anything in the department where the gun goes maybe it's the one that I ordered it was a random brand and it didn't even fit a gun holster they wanted you to put a striker fire handgun inside of a stretchy belt with a little stretchy string or little strap the buttons to secure your grip down while it just sits in this spandex material unprotected also got a warning label with it telling me that it's for experienced users only? And be careful using it be safe practice this and that blah blah blah I can't believe nobody has coined the belt with the built-in Kydex holster or some type of protection inside of it hopefully I'll finish this video and you guys have did it but other than that I sent those right back that's all personal gunshot waiting to happen I pictured mine walking into my yard after doing whatever and my dog comes running up and jumps up to greet me and his dew claw or one of his toenails somehow gets inside of there and I don't know how but fires the gun somehow and blows my Frankfurter to pieces or forgetting to take it off laying down on the bed and your kid comes running in the jungle on top of you and happens to grab your shirt and gets their hand right in that trigger guard I'm sure this is designed way better I hope and I was looking so forward to that because I love basketball type shorts in the summer but that was definitely the most dangerous way of carrying a handgun only thing I could say would be just as dangerous as just going Boyz in the Hood hot one in the hole Stryker ready to rock and for some reason you forget your ball started and you go to scratch them and then boom LOL I'm sorry I'm sure this is a far more Superior Products it's just funny that the people that try to make stuff like this Ashley put people's lives at risk and I just feel bad that I can't do anything for anybody that buys it because somehow when I left a comment about it it was deleted Amazon must have been getting some Kickbacks or something I don't know but I'll say it here if you're going to buy something like this buy this don't buy a cheaper version of this if you do just grab your gun now to save yourself the time and aggravation and stress of when it's going to happen and just put it down the front of your pants or wherever you would have it facing on the belt and just fire the gun save you a lot of stress aggravation and you can go ahead and get your life or non-life-threatening hospital and Medical Care out of the way anyway nothing against this product just hoping to educate people out there that the knockoffs of these are severely dangerous I would feel safer with my my daughter when she was about 5 carrying it around for me it was that bad but definitely going to have to check these out because I did love the concept and tried to alter it to where it would accept the holsters that I had so it would work in some capacity but it was just big enough to put a compact or subcompact gun in and maybe moved 2 inches right and left standing straight up facing down but I can't lie when I made sure my gum was clear and safe and I actually tried it the way they recommended if it would have been more secure and less dangerous like this product here it would be ideal you can put it whatever height you're comfortable at lower it bring it up it moves with you I'm sure this is better material as well and that one was super comfortable just dangerous anyway ran over just be careful hopefully I saved about 10 people or at least one from shooting themselves for trying to save a little bit of money

After watching and reading a lot of reviews I recently grabbed a competitors belly band that allows me to use a hard holster. It’s early days but I’m quite happy with the choice. Perhaps the reviews of the VNSH band are outdated but only one review out of 4 that I came across mentioned the trigger guard. That one reviewer demonstrated the ease of engaging the trigger from within the pocket and that overrode the universal comfort praise for me. I went through nearly twenty print or video reviews and found the VNSH band to be omitted from most lists of belly band holsters. Not sure why this is but I hope you continue to improve the product and showcase those improvements.

@vnshholsters
@vnshholsters Год назад
Some WMLs, such as the TLR 7, Olight Mini Valkyrie 2, and Enforce, are compatible with it. Which light do you personally carry, and what is your reason for wanting to attach a light to a firearm for identification purposes? It is worth noting that in the majority of locations (especially urban or well-lit areas), there is sufficient ambient light to identify potential threats, making it potentially risky to point a firearm at something without knowing if it poses a danger. While operators or law enforcement personnel may have valid reasons for using a WML, most civilians typically do not require one.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to clarify that the video you mentioned was actually published well before Anthony's video, and was not created in response to it. However, we do understand that there are some issues that have been pointed out, and we have several videos available that address those concerns. In fact, a few of the issues mentioned were actually due to improper setup of the holster system, which we have covered in our instructional videos. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

After reading the comments I have noticed that people seem to think they have to draw quickly. Well, when something is going down, you're not going to stand there in open view of the perpetrator trying to pull out your firearm. If the perp sees you going for your weapon, you will be a sure target. Most people will quickly react to an emergency by ducking or fleeing as the first reaction. After you are composed to the situation while behind an obstacle, you can then pull out your firearm. This holster may not be for the well trained, quick-reacting off-duty officer carrying a concealed weapon, but this, and practically any holster, will work for self-protection with the novice and the experienced concealed carriers.

The waistband is 48” inches total, however we did create a belt extender that adds an additional 20” inches to the waistband that we sell separately on our website at vnsh.com/products/vnsh-waist-belt-extender

By this holster. It is an absolute hazard. Accidental discharge because the trigger can still be pulled while the gun is in the holster
