Excellent filming and editing. Your spokesperson is very personable! I did feel a bit queezy thinking about your three moves. 😢 Thanks for the great content and tips!
You can ask as many questions as you wish regarding what's coming to an area and when. Just be prepared for lies and deceit - especially regarding road/infrastructure completion, followed by restaurant/dining options.
I live in celebration but I’m going to move out the traffic is horrible ! And the police department is not good at all. I used to live in windermere and for me it’s better
While Celebration's Island Village is new it's not actually considered by locals as part of the community. It's miles south of the main village and has its own set of parks and more.Locals and original residents of Celebration nickname it "New Celebration" Of the original 350 first families of the 1996 Celebration not a dozen are left. It's truly become an affluent seniors community compared to many othr areas of central Florida.Nice but truly very Waspish. That said if you want a very low crime, very well kept place to live with a very powerfull HOA the original neighborhoods in Celebration are for you.
I LOVE Celebration, especially the Celebration Town Tavern! We recently came down for a four day weekend, JUST to eat at the Tavern. It was a great weekend, and as always, their New England seafood was exceptional!
I visit Celebration every time we come to Florida. We originally thought that we would like to live there. However, after experiencing the locals in Celebration, we won't be moving there. Many are rich, snooty, self-absorbed individuals that love themselves more than anything else. That's a general observation/experience. I am sure there are some VERY nice people there. It's just that the "priveledged" ruin the location.
Celebration is a great town/ neighborhood The problem lies in the schools bus in kids from 192 motels and it’s very sad and unfortunate how the kids there are raised and bring down the schools. I love going to celebration for the day but the traffic is horrendous imagine if your work in dr Phillips no great way to get there. Also there is very limited shopping. But the real problem is the dump of 192 and Kissimmee I’m grateful that I speak Spanish but many of my America friends are upset that no one speaks English so they moved to winter garden Clermont Groveland. They claim cvs Walmart the targets they feel like they’re in Miami. But hey Florida was claim by Spain in 1513 and so close to Puerto Rico. What do you expect in central Florida. If you don’t have to leave celebration is great. But other than that is surrounded by nothing. Kind of like Davenport/Hanies city middle of nowhere land. They claim close to Disney but it’s not just a sales tactic.
We leave celebration cause the high school got really bad. We also did not like the HOA or all the dues payments. The elementary and middle school was great. It was close to shopping and close to i4 and 417. We moved to moss park. We have no HOA or CCD. We brought a double lot so we could build our custom home with an in law suite. My daughter went to path high school which was excellent and she went into their pharmacist program. She graduated with a pharmacist technician certification. We love moss park cause we are in the middle of lake Nona and St. Cloud. Our custom house is exactly what we wanted at a faction of the cost of buying thur a builder. So, our property tax is less.
Great video! Just out of interest, do you handle real estate purchases for international property buyers looking to invest in a holiday home (mostly for family use, possibly some rental)? Not in a position to purchase yet, but doing my research for when I am ready in the future!
