To clarify some things: - gas damage doubles after 60 seconds, just like Seasons 1-3, so this is just a return to the normal, first month of Season 4 had no damage increase and it was broken - stim healing is now 75 HP/s, same as Al Mazrah, so at best you can get half your health back in the gas. In seasons 2-3, Resurgence stims were twice as effective as Al Mazrah stims and could give you up to full health, so it feels the same as Season 1 Al Mazrah only, where I got 60 wins using those weak stims - the HP increase and baseline reduction to gas damage means the gas is still super weak, I will be making a detailed video about this ASAP, where I'll try to explain all the nerfs and buffs and what happened to the gas lately Overall, gas plays are still easier now than they were last season. Weak gas does benefit the enemy team as well though, so overall I'd say the zero-kill win is currently easier than Season 1 but harder than Season 2-3. Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate it! I'm glad I got the translations right, I don't really speak Spanish but I kind of guessed based on context what he was saying! I think right now gas plays are easier than ever - the gas is super weak, downs you in 25 seconds instead of 12 seconds in previous seasons. A normal gas mask lasts 12 seconds so even with a gas mask last season, you'd only last 24 seconds, which is less than you can last with NO MASK this season. So the gas is really really weak and generally gas rotations are very easy. However, the weak gas does also help the last team survive too, so I think for me specifically trying to outlast them, it's harder than season 2 & 3 but still easier than season 1. I got 60 zero-kill wins on Al Mazrah in Season 1 so there's no problem for me now! I'm happy with the level of challenge at the moment :)

jam you should make a stream to find a good strategy with gas plays after they nerf stims or test a strategy or just myth bust some stuff idk if this a good suggestion but it is worth giving a try
I already test a lot of stuff on stream, e.g. battle rage + tune up perk, or rebreather vs gas, I just test it when the opportunity arises, I don't need to plan a stream just for that
Hey mate first time seeing your videos but it's a great way you are playing 😂 have you ever seen any videos of the streamer peak? He is the best at this playstyle. I'm pretty sure they nerfed the stims because of him. He broke the record and won 39 games in a row I'm sure all no kills in any of them. If you haven't seen him I recommend it you might learn a thing or two

they can change the rules all they want, but all players play by the same rules so the better-prepared ones will always win. You might not last as long but nighter will your enemy
It's shooter games but also battle royale survival games that mean if you can kill the last man with unconventional but "legally" mean via vehicle kill you also can "kill" people via the gas play like him

if you have a med vest as well it will actually keep healing through gas damage and will keep you topped up the whole time it lasts (15 seconds)... I've used it a few times, it's better than a normal gas mask (only 12 seconds)
With the HP increase and less gas damage, you can actually survive in gas a longass time. For example: - In Seasons 1-3 we had 100 HP and gas did 9 dmg per second, will down you in 12 seconds. With a normal gas mask that's +12 seconds so you go down in 24 seconds. - Now, we have 150 HP and gas does 6 HP/s of damage, so you'll go down in 25 seconds. You now live longer without a mask than you would WITH a mask in Season 3! Don't fear the Season 4 gas!
If you're in the last circle and you're all alone you know what you gotta do, maybe hit the buy station for a gas mask and self revives then peace out in the gas and try to beat their gas play by looting stims!

It s not something the team in the safe zone can counter in any way, it isn t simply a fair move and u have 0 opportunity to do something against him. It s basically like cheating and that s why i say It s BS. Loot out of the safe zone should pop out like the old days, u can t change my mind
@@leonardoalabiso8196 it's not cheating just because it can't be countered - there are a lot of things that can't be countered, if you get ahead of the zone and gatekeep the last team in the gas, they're screwed. If you have cluster mines and claymores set up and a fire shotgun pointed at the door then anyone coming in is going to die. If you do the prep you will win, but the hard part is doing all the prep with people trying to kill you.
@@jamcowl i don t know, i don t agree with u but that s my point of view. U always have different possibilites. If someone has a fire shotgun u don t push through the Front door that he s pre aiming, if u r screwed in the gas u can always use some smokes. U see there s always a possibility, a counterattack to enemy s decision, while i see any for someone standing in the gas healing himself with stims and whatever. That s my point of view
