It's two years on 10th Aug, since I lost my beautiful sister. I still get the full body experience of her loss, the aching and feeling lost 😢 I pray for you Emma, keep going one day at a time 🤍🤍🤍
I may have told you before, but if not, I get 200 units of Botox every 3 months, for migrianes. I have it injected in my forhead, back of neck, and down shoulders. It truly stops the intense migraines, and i rarely get one these days unless i get very stressed right before Im due for injections. I dont use any numbing cream, but the last time i got injections they used a much larger needle and it DID hurt. Usually they use a tiny needle and it may only hurt once in a while. Just a little sting. Gurl, we know the benefits of botox ❤, and if anyone reads this and is suffering from chronic migraines, try botox. It's safe, and it WORKS!

I was going to tell you about the home treats I make for my fur babies, they love them and it save me a lot of money. Take peanut butter, oats uncooked, add bananas 🍌, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin, green beans, carrots 🥕. Not all of those at once choose one. I buy the frozen fruits. Then take peanut butter and oats and whichever fruit or veggie you want, mix it up and make them into balls then flatten them like a cookie, put them in the freezer and anytime you want a healthy treat for your babies they are there, I unthaw the fruit and mash it into my peanut butter and oats. They are good, I tried them❣️🐾❣️🐾I just eyeball it, just so it’s sticky enough to roll into balls and flatten. Thought Minky, Dave and the rabbit babies might like them. It’s all food that dogs can have, I have a list my vet gave me of what people food dogs can have. Bananas not every day as they can get to much potassium that’s why I get different things. You can also give Minky Pepto Bismal for the tummy🐾🙏🏼🥰☮️🫶🏼💙✝️🩷🦋🌼🦋❣️❣️❣️❣️

Grief doesn’t have a timeline and comes in waves. My mom passed almost 4 years ago and some days are hard still. I can at least say her name and see her picture without crying anymore.
By the way, you look great after Botox. I don’t think you needed it. You’re just as pretty without. As far as relapsing, I mentioned in previous post that that will happen for a while. I know how it feels, I’ve gone through it before. As a matter of fact I lost my sweet brother just recently and am going through it again. . I think I’m doing alright, and then it hits me. It is getting to be less and a bit easier to manage. You hang in there. It’s still so very fresh for you. Trust me Emma, you’re very strong. You will feel better. All my love sweetheart,❤ 🇨🇦

Slippery Elm Bark powder available at health food stores does wonders for pups who have dodgy tummies. A teller at VitaHealth told me about it as she used a quarter teaspoon for her cats tummy issues and it’s always worked. I used it for my pups diarrhea and it worked every time. You have to mix it with water and ensure your animal has lots of water to drink if they want to. This is meant for humans. You can get it in gel tablets but just need to open them up to get the powder. I have used it too. Check it out. For forehead lines and stress lines on the rest of the face use electro-stimulation devices. It is a gentle frequency that removes lines and also helped my TMJ jaw pain tremendously. Nuface is one brand but there is foreo and several others. Expensive but not as expensive as facials and/or Botox. I grit my teeth when under stress and this device just relaxes my whole face and jaw and has the benefit of tightening the face and diminishing greatly lines. It’s like airbrushing. I love your pets. Pets are the best for taking away stress and adding laughter to our lives. ❤

I wanted my teenage son to have the HPV jab to protect himself and future partners he may have but he's terrified of needles so we used the emla cream and it helped immensely

I did botox for migraine. It really didn’t work for me. It was 18 injections each time. It was awful. Very painful. I ended up with an eye droop for a bit because the injections were just a bit too low. I can’t imagine doing that for beauty. I’ll stick to wrinkles. I’m glad they work for you.
@@TheDogPooPro Thankfully, no. After 23 years, they stopped when I retired. I’ve only had one since August of 2019. If I had known that, I would have retired sooner! Be well. Hugs!

I was lucky I got treatment so no after effects apart from my forehead not getting lines! Win for me 😂. You're looking much better. Love as always ❤❤

Hi Emma❤my pup turned 12 today but the saddest thing is he has cancer mast cell..this weekend he will be going to that rainbow bridge..hate to do it but he’s suffering..people should always have a choice especially when terminally ill as well❤

Good seeing you looking healthy, if you can try and buy organic fruit and veg ,all the other fruits and veg are sprayed with pesticides ,you may be saving money but in the long Run its dangerous for your health and can be a cause of some cancers ,since i got diagnosed i only buy organic now and Aldi and lidl sell some organic, but sainsbury is the best ,got good range ,I would grow my own if i could but my garden isn't suitable, yours looks good though ❤
I have the same look in the brows. I did Botox for migraines a couple times and it was great. Can’t afford the cosmetic Botox. You’ll look great. And you’ll do great! Just close your eyes and let it happen.
