A leader takes responsibility for the team they are overlooking. A boss tells people what to do but accountability is a weak weak area. The boss blames others the Leader takes responsibility of crap they didn't even do. Huge difference. I've learned that within the last 4 years. I’m glad you understand. I wrote 2 songs and he got pissed because they were about shady stuff that he did. Yet he wanted 30% for doing absolutely nothing. I don’t know anything about record contracts, but there’s overhead for every product. If there are 3 people involved and one gets 30%, and both of them are already seriously famous, how much is left for me after overhead and whatever the other guy gets? And they’re both just sitting there while I write. I didn’t sign or verbally agree to anything. But at least I wasn’t under hypnosis this time. That’s progress, I guess. Every day and night I notice a brown car parks across parking lot directly in front of my apartment so they can look directly in my apartment no tag is on this car sit there all night. I don't no if spying thru a device but sit in car no ac apparently this morning I guess it got to hot so stepped out for air kept low profile and hurried back inside car. Car is sitting there now as hot as it is. Facing wooded area now it seems they wait on darkness to come. I believe this is occurring in night also.
