Ive dropped 2 nukes in this thing and got countless others, got free ace on my crew, and have a 6kd on it. I absolutely love this thing and am really annoyed theyre killing it, this thing barely stood a chance against 7.0 vehicles, its now going to face leos, t54s and bmps. Germany has it easy in those regards, they have the Lekpz m41 which has HEATFS AND Sabot. they have the Jagdpanther, jagdtiger, and ferdinand. And while perhaps their armour won't be as powerul as it would be against the 76mm shermans that they spend all day bullying, But at least they still have guns that can hurt the enemy tanks. But the m26 pershing, and the T25 they're just.... WEAK AS FUCK if you compare it to what they're facing. An m26 or a T-25 would be a match to a panther, but not a god damn leopard 1. A god damn german 5.3 has still massively more armour penetration to a American 6.3 and a German 5.3 also has more effective armour than a American 6.3, and that 6.3 also has a comparable level of top speed. I'm sure the Germans get fucked when they get uptiered, but the US tanks are just objectively worse in every way even in their own tier. can't speak for italy tbh, but I know they got that M36 with heatFS as well so..

I can agree the leo 1 gun is amazing minus not having stab, but it's so easy to ammo rack on its left side ufp. The ferdi is utter rubbish though, high repair cost, no mobility and easily set alight on that weak spot.
They killing more than just the Jumbo, most of the Air BR changes are ridiculous. In AB the A2D is going to 9.0 while the Mig 21 PFM is going to 8.7. It's beyond laughable now that gaijin thinks a turbo is better than a supersonic jet. Loved the 100k Stream with Phly, is incredibly entertaining! Congrats again!
The change I despise the most is the F-89B and F-89D going back down to 7.3 They were already at 7.3 for a good year, absolutely decimated everything there, got rightfully moved up, and then Gaijin went full retard and decided to move them down to where they can mercilessly club again.
I'm not even a War Thunder player anymore but I checked and the A2-D will have a Br change to 9.0 only in arcade. Other Brs are not changed (at least in that sheet) so it will stay 7.0.
I've stopped playing until they stop making these stupid decisions, which unfortunately might be never. This is just a spit to the face for american players, same with the T26e1

Have been playing Germany with my friends recently as we were helping to level up one of our groups BR for Germany and the vehicle line ups we had saved from last year were all out of whack because of all the BR reductions.

I wasn't disagreeing, or comparing them to any of the other nations, just saying that there has been a fair few recently so people have noticed. Their vehicles having very effective guns, the 'Germany suffers' meme, plus German team seemingly having more people waiting in queue almost always lately is probably what's causing most of the "going apeshit".
Sometimes, you can use "goading" strategically to get a player to be at a disadvantage when engaging you next time. Of course, it's a little risky and most of the time you're just better off not saying much at all.

The only good thing about this certified Gaijin Move is US mains now get to know what it feels like to play Tiger II H or really any 6.7+ heavy. Now nobody gets to have fun in heavy tanks. But then again, armor meta has been dead since they added HEAT-FS slingers so if you play heavy tanks as anything more than mediums with a little bit of extra margin for error and expect to do good, that's on you.
What makes me annoyed is that if the game is balanced by algorithms, wtf are German players doing with their Tigers and Panthers to get a worse performance than the Jumbo. Makes a lot of sense that often they are stereotyped "Noob Tiger players" and whatnot

It's not a tragic change, the problem is that gaijin slowly is uptiering every single non german or russian vehicle while redicing br for those two nations.
Killing the Jumbo? Yes, along with everything else! Prop BRs were for the most part OK, but Gaijin has just broken it. How is a Hurricane IIb Trop equal to a 109F1 which has the same performance as the 109F4 but with a different cannon? The Spit IIa, IIb, Vb and Vb trop, Vc and Vc trop were all just about OK at the BRs they were at (Vb trop should be 3.3 though). Any higher and its suffering. The Spit Vb trop is so slow and honestly, there are planes at 3.3 that are better like the ITP, 190A1, and the F4U-1D Corsair. The 109F4 is better than the Vb, just from flying both the F4 is better for its BR. And why is the stolen Italian Vb trop at 3.3 while the tree Spitfire Vb trop is 3.7 now? Oh, wait, pay to win. Spitfire F24 at 7.0? Just why? Sure, early jets struggle against superprops, but seriously? They're seriously saying the Horten 229 is equal to the F24? Pull the other one, it has bells on it. F-89B and D at 7.3? They're saying it's worse than the Vampire? The Vampire has such a low TWR that it was borderline impotent at 7.3, never mind 7.7. Vamp should be 7.0. Meteor F3 should be 7.0. Germany is getting such a good turn this BR change because the planes that were able to deal with their seal clubbers are going up. Britain is being shat on again by Gaijin with air RB.
Just saying but the tech tree spitfire mkvb/trop is also 3.3, the 3.7 that ur talking about does not have a tropical filter so it has better performance and not technically p2w
Ho229 has such shit accuracy, that if you where to try and shoot at someone the bullets will go everywhere but the target. The ho229 is the single most nerfed vehicle in the whole game. Unless they fix its rudder, accuracy etc it will be hard to play

I have a gripe about the Skyraiders in WT: they don't carry enough bombs in the game compared to the real loadouts this beauty could handle. 3 bombs and 8 HVARS...son, this thing could carry as much of a bombload as a B-17! I actually prefer the AM-1 Mauler because it gets a crap ton of bombs.

I would be sooo happy if gaijin ever decided to move absolutely every german vehicle 1-2 br higher. As far as I care, they can put the tiger 1 at 7.3 and I still would perform great in it.

In the first place, good players play multiple nations. If you only play american than most probably you're a beginner, just like people who play only germany (or any other nation). And yes, an experienced player can perform quite well at 7.3 in a tiger 1 by simply taking advantage of american and russian noobs who have taken the shortest path to their favorite tanks.
The jumbos arent just fought by large cannon with good filler Germans. Trying to destory a Jumbo with a brit cannon with no filler is a joke. Shooting it in the machinegun port does next to nothing besides killing the machinegunner *sometimes*. If you are at an angle then the shrapnel sometimes doesnt even do that. Playing Italy and having to fight a jumbo is hot garbage, the tipo/up BR'd firefly claim to be able to pen it's thicc boi parts, but in practice it seems like a coin toss even when you know where to shoot. Short of getting a good broadside on them they are a very difficult tank to beat with anything other than the large caliber with good filler german guns.
Jumbo 76 works well to kill tigers from the front but tigers need to shoot near the trasmission (no to so easy at distance jumbo on movement or bushes) so i really don’t know why y all complain about this,you ever faced a jumbo in a tiger 1 or E? I don’t think so

Looking at how bad German teams play I kinda regret spending my 90% discount voucher for Golden Eagle premiums in a TAM2 IP. It's 1 of only 2 tier 6 GE premiums the other being the Chinese wheeled WMA301, I think I should have gone chinese on that one.

I understand why a lot of WT players are pissed that the Jumbo is about to be put at the same BR as the Tiger II P. And while I agree that 6.0 was a good BR for it, I’d like to point out that the tank can fire an APCR round that can go through the front of a Tiger II H’s turret face at 100m, and has frontal hull armor thats basically immune to the Tiger I’s 88. I mean it’s going to 6.3 for a reason... the tank is just really good. Just a better heavy than the German KV 1, the Tiger 1, IS 1, and to a certain extent... it’s better than the Tiger II P. (Yeah the Tiger II has the long 88 and improved hull, but lets be real, that’s almost entirely negated by the terrible turret. The Jumbo 76 on the other hand has a pretty tough turret that and a ridiculously good stabilizer.) Sorry, but I have no sympathy for the Jumbos and it’s players. It’s been an OP tank for a while now, and frankly deserves to get its ass kicked for atleast one whole patch. 🤷🏻♂️
I still come back here from time to time for the intro. I have learnt a lot from your videos and I have grown so much in the game. Still working on the salt and when I get to salty lately I take a break weather it be a few days or a month however long it takes for me to really feel like wanting to play again.

In this video i was actually just having a good time and being cocky. I was also stock in my STA so he was a hard pen without heat and hitting that long range 155 bonk just felt so good!
I know, compared to many german and even russian 6.3s it's inferior at least to my experience. But the armor which is the only supposedly great aspect about the Jumbo, doesn't do anything when everything with a decent gun can easily pen it.

Germany 6.7 is pain in the ass....10 k per tiger loss panther 2 11k and you play against HEATFS shot by shit like the m56 t92 or big bois like T-29 and sometimes is 3...
It won't suffer too badly at 6.3, I mean, the T-44 is at 6.3 and it does fine, so its not the worst case scenario. The main positive is the dumb Tiger II P players that don't angle their turret. Aanyways, T-44 should be5.7-6.0, T-44-100 should be 6.7, and Jumbo 76 should be 5.7-6.0. Its outrageous how Gaijin doesn't play the vehicles or do any research before "balancing" them.

planes and tanks being silent? thats a problem. but i will never complain about a buff to spaa wether its intentional or not. planes are cancer in ground rb, anything that gives them a hard time or makes it unfun to play one? im all for it. because planes make tanks unfun. if you like flying planes sure, its fun. but being on the other end of it, getting clubbed by an entity you can do nothing against, barring a one in a thousand shot that most tanks dont even have the gun elevation to pull off on flat maps? plane players don't care about tank players fun, so i don't care about theirs.
*laughs in machineguns* if CAS makes you that salty, just learn to use your MGs, and maybe learn how to position. CAS tends to go for well traveled routes and especially towards clustered ground units. Spread out, and your plane problems will get less problematic
@@vaelophisnyx9873 im very aware of what cas does, i have at least two hours of footage of me shooting them down in spaa for a montage i'll never get around to making. trust me, i dont sit on all this pent up anger doing nothing about it. i just wish spaa weren't so weak and vulnerable to planes, so any buff to them intentional or otherwise is more than welcome. additionally, the ONLY mg's that are effective against cas in any way not considered negligible are 50 cals, and in high tier the handful of tanks that get 20mm's. ie, almost exclusively the american tree, and even then a lot of their 50's dont aim up high enough to do it.

i almost said "that poor enemy team" for game 2, but as someone who has played enough games in German vehicles, i can unashamedly say that they more than likely deserved it. while it is pretty rough playing unstabilized tanks in close combat against stabilized ones, there's enough advantage still that they should be playing to and they just never do. they want to roll around going "hehe tiger goes brrr" and it seems gaijin is more than happy to oblige them. it's just a shame that i'll probably never get into grinding the american lines again now because of all the up-br changes they're doing. how is an unskilled casual player like me supposed to enjoy that? getting good isn't something everyone can just do. we can't all be OddBawZ.

@@zacklp3844 You can't move it faster than they can, and _when_ they hit your barrel they'll just .50cal your tracks and it won't matter if you're angled or not since they'll have your side.

Almost everything it faces can either pen it frontally or easily flank it (assuming the enemy has a brain... big assumption I guess). Apparently that isn't good enough, need everything to pen it like butter. Meanwhile certain German SPGs that already die to everything need to be so low their guns overpen everything they face. Sorry guys, I'm just salty.

I have a lot of kills on jumbo's, but my teammates just always shoot center mass, complain and ragequit. When i'm number one on the team with only 4 kills something is wrong with german maines
is it true? they're moving the Jumbo to 6.3? seriously? they're moving the jumbo (idk which one, so i'm assuming the 76) to 6.3? with most of it's adversaries in 6.0 already able to kill it with ease, now they're moving it to a Br where it has to deal with more powerful units, forcing players in it to either use APCR or just be one-time meat shields? this is also taking into account when it get's up-br-ed in matchmaking ffs, what is it with gaijin having less braincells than i do when taking an exam or being in a class
