If public storage banned you exclusively for a comment you made about their system being skewed, that's potentially a breach of the Customer Review Fairness Act, as you were essentially giving your honest review of that companies services. This is a suggestion from my husband. We are not lawyers but from the brief research he's done, it seems you may have a case. Especially since this decision has the potential to impact you financially.

We almost got banned because a storage place tried to say we won an enormous unit that was a mess that we never bid on, in fact, we specifically talked about how bad it looked and didn't want it. We got it cleared up thankfully.
They did they same to me.. They would never show at appointment time to pay and clean out, 3 times.. So they banned me. But because I am not a member, I am not allowed to talk to anyone about it. They said they would let me speak if I buy membership only.. Storage Treasures said they could not do anything til Public storage clears it.. So life time ban ..... Sad.
I hate the Public Storage Kiosk system. They had me running around trying to pay for unit i won. It was hard to find someone . Not only that, when i finally opened my unit there was additional garbage stuffed in it that was not in the pictures.
As a man who worked at public storage it makes sense. Public is trash and would do that kind of stuff all the time. Anyone who worked for the company said anything negitive would be ban from using them and storage treasures. Corporate is a joke who will hire and fire people outside the company. Here in Dallas I know 3 people who got fired for speaking up against bs with the company on social media.
