Another DELICIOUS LOOKING, well done challenge, Katina dear!! Oh how I wish I could've been there eating at least, a regular sized, version of that Parmo Meal, somewhere next to you!!! Instead, I'm laid up with a broken, right ankle, (thanks to fall I took, nearly 3 weeks ago), next to my fiancee' who is disabled, with Spinal Disc problems). Laid up, and low on many staples to make a decent meal, (and hardly anyone to help cook for the 2 of us, even if we did have things to fix a meal), and thus; nearly "starving out" here in Abilene, Texas!! In addition to that, I started a "Go Fund Me" page for the 2 of us, about a week ago, & sadly, have gotten not 1 single donation as yet! UGH!!! It’s odd that we call them parmys here in Australia when we normally stick an o on the end of most words

It looks so good. Have been making parmo for decades and am in Tennessee. Butterfly cut a boneless chicken breast. Pound it to about half to 3/4 inch. Dredge in seasoned flour then egg and milk then flour again and into hot skillet with oil of choice. Cook through on both sides then top with bechamel sauce. Oil, flour,salt and pepper with milk till gravy consistency. Can add cheeses. It's delicious.
