Actually Voli Support is stronger than you would think, but instead of Glacial you go Aftershock for the trades, and you spam E all day in lane, you actually can outpoke ADCs by purely throwing your E, and you build Tank not support, you can even 2 vs 1 if you are fed enough, don't sleep on Voli support.
