Did everyone hear about hurricane dorian about to hit the Untied States. I want everyone to have prayers to those that are in the path of the hurricane. Pray that they will be safe and sound and evaluate the area safety without trouble.

Is there an OC or Pepper spray mod that is like a taser not going to kill the person but makes them weak walk or run slow and weaker in a fight or makes them right that works like 85-90 percent of the time?
