What’s really sick when they do it to the elderly. I have spent hours of stress getting my 85 year old Mom out of scam situations in the mail and the phone. The threats on the phone damn near killed her. These bastards are from overseas and authorities have a hard time tracking them down. People watch out for your folks! Thanks for reminding us Danny
Just find out someone posted the same thing as me, next time when you receive mail, check the top right corner of the envelope if it says PRSRT STD(presort standard) it is an advertisement for the garbage, if it says First Class then you can open it, trust me I work for USPS 20 years.
Hey Danny, I used to work for usps, a way to tell if it’s junk/scam is to look at the postage, if it says STD (standard mail) it’s junk or as we referred to it as ad mail, (it paid our salaries) so we don’t say junk mail. Important mail to you will always be 1st class postage or better.
I hate to tell you, but since you bought your car you are getting all that stuff. Happened to me as well. Companies selling our addresses left, right and center.
