@@OFmir666 They used to be much worse cuz they had that unvanishable stamina break but dimps fixed it so it nerfed them in a way but even without it they are still op asf with that xy bullshit (or square triangle on ps4 i think) imagine having an unvanishable stamina break and can spam 1 combo over and over taking away 2 bars of health There are people who defend that bs 2

@@Codyslx Evolution Blue Vegeta is not included in the base game. He’s locked behind a paywall via DLC. Because of this, you would think the developers would have made his combos and super attacks while considering online playability, especially since PVP is essentially the Post-Game of Xenoverse 2 once you’ve done all the story and parallel quests. As you can see by how many times Steed’s combo drops in this video alone (with PS5 processing power might I add), that is clearly not the case.
@@Codyslx Ignoring his super attacks cuz they’re for the most part good, yes, it is possible to pull off any combo on any character online, but that is dependent on Xenoverse servers, player to player connection, ping, console processing power, etc. There are just some characters who have significantly less “polish” than others and because of that, those same characters have combos with a much higher probability to drop than others online. Evolution Blue Vegeta is a great example of this, because that combo that Steed does very rarely works online. Cabba is another great example with combos that have an extremely high tendency to drop, even if the online connection is good. Ironically enough, both of these are DLC characters. Conversely, compare these kinds of characters to somebody like Hit, Vegito Blue, or even SS4 Goku just to name a few. These characters all have combos that rarely if ever drop online. My point is that for a DLC character, Evolution Blue Vegeta should have more polished combos. Players pay extra for this character, and since the developers have the benefit of hindsight and knowing the game’s meta at this point, DLC characters, especially someone as requested as Evolution Blue Vegeta, should be made to scale well with the game’s meta and be able to handle online issues.
It's crazy how it took SSBE Vegeta being released for you to finally call out Bandai for this Super Baby 2, Android 13, and Ranger 17 would all be great characters if they weren't so slow, and the thing is they're not even bad *with* their slow movesets. If the netcode was just good then slow characters would get more play. Legitimately the only problems with SB2 and C13's movesets are their ki blast backhits because they have bad recovery and they're so slow
@@heavenlywithhishands Make no mistake, I have never condoned the quality that Bandai has put into this game. I really believe that if they just fixed netcode, addressed the exploits, and balanced their characters and skills, then this game may reach a point greater than any other Dragon Ball game. But that’s not what we got back when the game launched, it’s not what we got when SSBE Vegeta was released, and it’s still not what we’re getting now nearly 7 years into the game’s life. This was just a particularly egregious example. They had the benefit of hindsight to make SSBE Vegeta’s combos work online, and they still didn’t deliver. And it’s not like they couldn’t. They gave GT Vegeta a very similar combo that should drop online, but still works very consistently. They also fixed a similar combo that DBZ Broly had that always used to drop. They’ve proven they can fix the game. They just choose not too, and they make the players pay for less than minimum effort anyways. I don’t disagree with you, especially if you are a fan of SB2, DBS C17, & C13 since they got done really dirty in this game, but so did a lot of other characters that we as players had to pay for. I’d like to point to Tapion here. I don’t even like Tapion as a character, but he has one of the most badass and unique combo sets in the game. Sadly, he is utterly ruined by abysmal range and some of the worst priority in the game. Meanwhile, characters like M. Earthlings, Hit, Hercule, Blue Goku, Final Form Cooler and DBS Broly, run around completely breaking the online game (and keep in mind, you only have to pay for one of those characters I just listed). Admittedly, they did do SB2 and DBS C17 some justice by making them custom mentors, but if you ask me, every cast character in the game deserves a custom mentor. The game overall deserves better because it is the most successful recent DB game, yet the devs don’t care about its community.
This is why the trash talkers never win, they think that after a week of playing and not actually paying attention to game details that they'll be ready to face youtubers who've played this game for way longer

Hes got a weird one; When you use the Final Blow special move theres enough time to get the heavy stamina break in. You have to go for it the second the move's frames are done. It does help that Final Blow will teleport him straight to his opponent.
To be fair he may have died once to that guy at the end but steed didn't even use any limit bursts in this video and that guy that he lost to once did use a limit burst
I Hope For The Next Update They Fix The Stamina Break.Because Now Every Attack Can Be Avoided,Including Any Stamina Break Combo.And This Is Bad In My Opinion.Sometimes You Need To Hit It And You Can't.
I'd say these are the most annoying type of players. They couldn't be in a combo for more than 2 to 6 hits before Vanishing or using an evasive unless they didn't have stamina to get away because they blew it all. Honestly all I want for the next update is the ability to toggle on or off limit burst similar to capsules when creating a Lobby for PVP.
My friends and I have been wanting to get the option to Ban limit bursting during 1v1's for ages, there's no honor in using that shit just because you're about to lose.

That would mean that everything else will stop, and those vibrating atoms will also stop vibrating. So think about what everything in the world would look like if atoms just stopped vibrating, from the screen you are looking at to the ground you are standing on. Process that for a minute.
Hey steed I know you dont really play DBZ:BT3 anymore, but I hoped you could do RP Teen Gohan. With his quick super kamehameha's and Father-Son Kamehameha that hits like a nuke, I think it could be fun (for viewers at the very least :) )
Dude cannot throw a fuckin punch without throwing a ki stun. Dude cannot move without a ki cancel. I wonder wtf these players would do if you EVER remove half the broken shit out the game. Limit Bursts, mods, and so much other shit.
