Do some dead hangs for shoulder rehab billy. I went from extreme pain to pain free in 2 weeks just from 2-3 sets of dead hangs every day. Even if it doesn’t fix your specific pain it’s still meant to be good for you and worth a trial.

I was only hanging for 30-60 seconds just playing around until I seen pain free results and then I was amazed. I was in pain for 2 years and all it took was hanging for 1 minute a day.

Oi billy iv just been watching one of those mad hill climbs in America and thought instead of trying to kill yourself on a mountain bike why not see if you can get husky to make you a 5 ft swinging arm knock a few wood screws through a back tire and go show them how it's done 😂
