I suggest that you are mistaken, they are not silent. SCOTUS could have put this off until the next term, but they decided to take it on now. I anticipate that they will correctly grant him some level of immunity for presidential decisions and actions but certainly not anything and everything the president does while still president. In the off chance that this court does give a president the full immunity he wants, Biden still has 6+ months to execute his political enemies with impunity. They aren't gonna do that. This decision comes down in the next few hours.

I watch MSNBC 3-4 hours everyday. After watching their immediate debate coverage I was sickened. Haven't watched since, until Jens show today. Biden is old, and sucked at the debate. However, our president stood next to an absolute monster. Trump showed his nature on that debate stage. He addressed NOTHING. He stood there and doubled down on his lies and there was barely mention of it. "Trump was Trump" was about all they had to say. I stand by the POTUS. MSNBC (and other outlets)bombed far worse than President Biden.I couldn't even finish Jens show. I love all the MSNBC host's but I really feel let down and sickened. In order to get the slave states to join in the revolutionary war, there needed to be limits to democracy put into the Constitution. Reason the northern colonies needed the. Slave states to join us because the slave states have the vast majority of wealth. (It is easy to become wealthy if you can work people to death and not pay them.) Do slave states knew that if it were truly Democratic system, that slavery would disappear very quickly. The slave owners were the wealthiest people of the time. So the constitutional limits to democracy. Benefits super rich people. The barriers to democracy written into the Constitution --. The electoral college. That's why Republicans have been in the presidency several times. When they did not win the popular vote. --the Senate. The slave states were the small population States So the Senate gave the slave states more representation for citizen than the larger states. The Three-Fifths rule. This allowed a slave state to count 3/5 of their non-voting, non-citizen slaves towards representation in the House of Representatives. So the small population States had an advantage in the Senate, the House, and in choosing the president. Disadvantage of the Rich and powerful was magnified when the supreme Court went against the Constitution and gave itself the right to throw out laws passed by elected representatives. No other democracy in the world has a group of unelected rich people that control laws passed by elected representatives. Being able to overrule the elected representative, makes the supreme Court kings.
