Africa’s underdevelopment is mainly due to poor management of resources since Nkrumah’s government. Ghana must transition from peasant farming to mechanized agriculture. The government of ghana cannot mobilize enough domestic revenues as long as overwhelming majority of the workforce are in the rural areas merely surviving as peasant farmers,poor and incapable of paying income taxes. Ghana government must support development of large commercial farms to replace peasant farmers in the rural areas. Government must grant the large commercial farmers,design to produce food for domestic and international markets,legal monopolies and in return require them to pay workers living wages and also pay income taxes for their employees. Furthermore.the retail sector now dominated by numerous petty traders must be consolidated into large departmental and supermarket store chains. If ghana implement the aforementioned recommendations and the trajectory of the economy does not improve, then I will support arguments of neocolonialism as Africa’s main cause of underdevelopment.
Before those can be achieved Ghana needs better transportation system (good wide roads, aiports, and trains), better electricity for business and industries to function), and water).

I used to think the same, but I realize it's our lack of thinking that's our biggest problem, your family may have raised u with the two books, but your choice to stay in it or not after being of age. Religion indeed intention is gud, but it has done more harm than gud.
Me I say so far as Ghanians has torelate this two parties and there's still peace, spiritual it mean a lot ,but they will think we were dump, people like that fear them bcos God fight Thier battle, Ghanians this the reward from God for answering our prayers let's grab it.
