My favourite fancy dress outfit ever was someone dressed luke a floor-standing lamp with a tasseled lightshade as a hat - portraying the light at the end of the tunnel! (1970s)

I was just scrolling through Pinterest trying to find a cute 1920's Halloween costume to make. I ended up deciding to make a early 20's silent movie gown based off of Paul poriet's lampshade dresses.
