I suffered enough. I was naturally compassionate and empathetic a healer at birth Now I'm dark, emotionless for the most, very unempathetic to most people I don't care about anyone. I have 1 wish this is all I ever had and it was unjustifiably absolutely sabbatoged and destroyed. I'm never going to be me again and I certainly don't understand why or how certain ppl consistently attacked until I was broken
@@julierosado1806I’ve been where you are, and I still ruminate over the past. Meditation and mindfulness can help greatly with this, as it is a method you can use to catch yourself when ruminating by noting ‘remembering’, ‘thinking’ ‘questioning’ etc. static.sirimangalo.org/howto/HTM_english.pdf
I feel that I can water the small flower of my current being with the water of right thinking… compassion and inner freedom being among the elements of water
Such a blessing to listen and remember to practice right thinking. To recognize a thought, feelings, emotions and perceptions and not to supress them. Was feeling down and this has helped me to remember my power and that I am love and compassion. Suffering helps me to remember my self compassion.
Indeed! Peter's denial of Jesus and the crowing of the rooster symbolize the importance of mindfulness and awareness. The rooster's crow served as a wake-up call, prompting Peter to recognize his actions and their consequences. It reminds us to be present, mindful, and conscious of our choices. By cultivating awareness, we can make more compassionate decisions and foster personal growth. Let us embrace mindfulness and awaken the power of awareness in our lives. Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective on the significance of Peter's denial and the crowing of the rooster. May we all strive to cultivate mindfulness and awaken the power of awareness in our own lives.
You're right, adjustments are needed in various aspects of life. Taking care of our thinking plays a crucial role in navigating those adjustments and fostering personal growth. Let's embrace mindfulness and adaptability to create a balanced and fulfilling life. Thank you for watching! Have a nice day!
I hear you ,even tho its a simple technique the habit energy of thinking is strong in me ,I hope we both continue the practise ,Im finding so many results but I still resist it some days ,I guess thats the habit energy tying to pull me back to the insanity and madness of non stop thought
@@Believeinyourself0811 hello dear, there is a way to set in your RU-vid channel to stop the adds… it’s just very annoying to get adds in the middle of the teaching. Thanks 🙏
