An officer in Miami spots a suspicious vehicle and begins to follow it. When he finally engages, the driver flees. After stopping for a moment so his passenger can bail, a high speed chase ensues. When officers locate the driver of a stolen vehicle, he takes off on foot, but doesn't get very far. A Fort Worth officer checks on an old friend. Officers apprehend two alleged car thieves. Upon searching the vehicle, they find a live chicken, who proves to be a more worthy opponent than the suspects.
