If you have a particular reference that you could share? I'd really like to see the statistics for Mpls over the course of the George Floyd riots. But, I think perceptions shouldn't be discounted completely as being products of a different amount of reporting. When I moved from Mpls to Louisiana it was pretty clear that the police and judges were more corrupt in Louisiana than in Mpls in 1980. Now, I'm not so sure.

There was recently a story where a modified vehicle would park over the tank covers in the gas station parking lot and suck out thousands of dollars worth of fuel.
