I don't have an air fryer, but I bet I can make this in my convection oven. I can't have much pizza because of the bread based crust. I'm definitely going to give this a try.

That looks yummy! Have you ever tried an Ulu knife? They are great for cutting all kinds of food, especially pizza! That rocking motion is very effective!
