I'll have you know, sirrah, that way back in 1971, I was sporting a bowl cut, too. My old dad had switched from shearing us like sheep in the family barber stool to actually putting a bowl on our heads and just clipping whatever was sticking out. Luckily, this was a doomed, last-ditch effort. He could not stem the tide of all that hair (see the Cowsills' song). By '73, we were all little hippies, even in my Catholic school. No..had Covid and i was sick for a day..I have had worse flu's. Don't be obese and exercise. Get vaccinated if you want, but don't force those that don't want it to get it..my body my choice.

Re: the $6000 license plate, when I lived in Shanghai (a city of 23 million), you had to buy a car tag at 'auctions'--they'd only create so many each month to limit traffic congestion, and the going rate (5 years ago) was between $63,000 and $80,000, just for the tag. (Which is why so many people there use electric scooters instead.) But only the wealthiest can get them, so the city had more Rolls Royces, Maseratis, and Lamborghinis than any place I've ever been--there were NO hoopties.

Ive been saying the surface infection thing for six months now. Theres this lady at work that doesnt wear a mask and wont get vaxed but wouldnt touch a pitchfork that i had touched.

Doesn't make sense though does it? I know a major germaphobe and he won't get vaxed. I do think that high traffic areas that people constantly touch things need to be cleaned frequently though.

@@mmedefarge pitchforks trashforks chainsaws shovels ...m they wont let me touch the big toys yet tho. And she HAS gotten it because she was in the same pickup with someone who had it. And half of the crew had to go home because they were exposed. Just me and like one or two other guys stayed because we told the boys that we has or masks on all the time and we did.
