Sir what did you do and how long did it take for your elbow to get stretched? I also had a humorous fracture and I have this situation that it is difficult for me to stretch my elbow, its my first month by the way after operation

Hello Jhun, thanks for watching my video. Sorry to hear about your fracture. How many months since the day of your operation? For me it took me about more than 6months for me to be able to fully stretch my arm following my therapy exercises.

You undergone therapy sir? Or you just did it on your own? Its been a month sir after my operation, I would like to know how did you manage to stretch it by your exercises sir if you have time thanks

Hello Jhun, I followed the suggested therapy online. One month is not enough to stretch your arm. Give it around 6months or more to fully stretch it.
