Yes... I walk my dog every morning sometimes and also in the evening before dinner (15 mins tops, but if I have the time I go for longer walks). I’m working from home and my house is so small so I feel like home and work mix all the time... I also go outside to the front yard to eat lunch for about 30 mins to hour, depending on my meetings. My dog loves it but it’s mostly for me to get out of the house and take a breather during the work week. I don’t miss driving to the office though... LA traffic is no joke!!!

Those colors are beautiful! I would definitely try the purple. And yes, I agree with your points that we should be taking time out to do things for self. I swear that it can be the smallest act of self care that can make you feel amazing. If you can afford to, go out and splurge on yourself... and if you can't then there are cheaper (or free) ways that can bring more sunshine to your day.

I would love a step by step start to finish. Your makeup always looks amazing. I’m just getting into wearing makeup at the age of 37 and I’m so lost. How do you correct? Set? Blend? And how long does each step take? Do I wet stuff, or let set ... I’m a mess and don’t know what I’m doing. Please send help 😭🥴

That was such great advice especially what you said at the end. I think we all need more encouragement and positivity in our lives. I appreciate what you said and I'm glad I watched your video. Also I hope you share with us whether or not you will continue with micro needling. Not that you need it because your skin is gorgeous. I just am interested in trying it out for myself. But when I first heard about it they said that people of color should be cautious because of possible scaring. Plus one of the things I enjoy is skincare.
