I would suggest buying directly from the boutique for peace of mind. Friend of friend doesnt guarantee it is legit 😬. I like the beige bag you have. Thats next on my list but brand new. Light colored preloved bags will most likely have discolorations on it.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a Chanel boutique in the Philippines. So we really have to go through lengths with doing extra authentication! I’ve had mine checked through Entrupy and Zeko! 💕
I used to dream of a chanel flap bec yeah..they say so. The thing is, its not really my style, I watched too many reviews and thanks to reviews like this, it saved me a lot of $$ and regrets. I have an Mk chanel dupe and the chains bug me like crazy. They say it's heavy and the double flap though quintessentially Chanel, it's useless and an added weight. I'm more of an LV canvas girl tho, light& low maintenance and cheaper in a way.

Totally get what you mean! Tried the Chanel Classic Flap, Birkin, and Kelly, I realized that they weren’t my thing. Didn’t get the hype, so quite glad I managed to save money and not buy anymore. Sticking to my fave lightweight classics from Longchamp and Balenciaga 🥰

With the price increase, I'm scrapping chanel completely on my wishlist lmao. I'm gonna use the money for a car instead 😂 The dark blue chanel looks nice though! If ever you want a colored bag down the road, go for metallic leather. I feel like it makes it more versatile for some reason.
