I used a trick for collecting more skill points.on those save point area where there are more enemies.i kill those enemy and collect some experience and save it. then again kill enemies and save it. I can also try different difficult levels at that point.
@@superunknown2812 i actually found the map to be one of the better aspects, really easy to figure out and move around and the gold, red and green blips on objects on the map showing the places you either can now access or can't get to yet and objects in the world you can now interact with. And the fact it tells you ever area as you hover over it how far you've completed it and how many secret and chests you have. Its all quite helpful and intuitive.
Man, it's almost like you'd expect that in a combat platformer puzzle Jedi amalgamation. You're still not wrong though. That being said, I really don't like the whole "get (unimportant thing) to get (unimportant thing) and then go back and forth like 17 times, witness the power of a very competent game Dev team and enough money to fund a large charity for a year on literally like 3 maps, and be at least moderately frustrated your entire first playthrough. Oh, and we'll make sure you feel extra dumb in retrospect after the puzzles are done. So get that same 3 seconds of a song on repeat in your head until you fall asleep, scream at the game a few times for good measure, and don't have fun once until you've had to turn the game to story mode for the final boss. With aggravation, the Dev team. -probably the Dev team after making this game
Yeah a new game plus would have been nice. For some reason the bounty hunters will not spawn in my game so I had to start a new playthrough from the beginning
Usually I would agree. But the game is so based on collecting rewards and upgrades as you progress, once you have unlocked them all, the only thing really to do go around killing enemies for no reward. Basically, you can do that now. It would have been fun to start over with all of the abilities, but then the story becomes pointless. Anyway. Not knocking your opinion. I typically love new game+.
@@steodoyne Completely agree. Once you unlock a location especially. If you want to complete all areas, chests, and secrets, it is a bear to travel around post game.
I like the fact that u can explore or na , they dont hold ur hand and give u every answer , and u can make a wrong decision and u just have to die a thousand times playing and getting the timing down. I'm just getting started but it's very challenging and fun.
I have a love hate feeling about ‘no-fast travelling”... i hate having to find my way back because im ready to move on to the next thing but i love that it forces me to have to think about finding my way back like if it was real... however! I dont see why that ship cant pick me up if i call them when im above ground like it picked me up escaping from the 2nd sister... thats kinda ridic...
@@GamingWithAbyss or like certain docking points where they can pick you up, because it wouldn't make much since for them to be able to pick you up in like a underground imperial bunker or a zeffo tomb.
I got the double bladed lightsaber from dathomir by accident because being the noob I am I never realised that the campaign continued on zeffo and thought It was on dathomir
Curtis Martin no it’s fine to discover it early on in the game as u can use it for longer, however although I had it earlier on I mostly used just a single blade throughout the story.
If you can wait until you get through thw first part of zeffo. You can go back to boggano and get the double bladed saber from the workshop pretty early on.
Personally, I think it’s much more rewarding getting the lightsaber upgrade on Kashyyyk after you ride the big bird. It’s cool getting 2 of those rewards in a row
You have to progress about 80% of the story to get Double jump. Meaning 20% of the collectibles require (you’ll definitely benefit from) double jump. Wish it was an ability you go and “get”
I found that stupid that double jumping or "jedi jumping" was a F o R c E power they literally had one good idea and that was seeing the past but thats the max amount of original youll get and you cant even control it really or even see.
I really love the holomap, great navigation and well presented for showing different routes etc. I wasn't going to pick this up but glad I did, the exploration is top fucken shelf. I didn't even know there was a dual blade until I got it from bodgen or whatever it's called today. Also didn't know there was a double jump until today. Which explains the subterranean wall run to rope puzzle I couldn't reach (was able to get the one on top of the mudslide without it).
You actually don’t need dathomir for the dual bladed saber. After getting force push and freeze on Zeffo, go back to bogano. There’s a bridge you can push down, you should remember trying to get past it while on bogano first time around. If you don’t, just check the map, it’s the lower one. There’s a chest right after crossing the bridge, then just follow the path and there’s a bench where you can get the saber. So much easier than dathomir
I think getting the double-bladed sabre on dathomir is a mistake, it’s a much better idea to get it on Bogano after going to Zeffo for the first time. By then you would have levelled up quite a bit and it’s A LOT easier to get the double sabre on Bogano than it is on Dathomir as you can imagine.
Yes. There is a ton of very tough enemies on the path to get the double-bladed saber. Plus, I hardly use it as it does way less damage than the standard saber. Double bladed only makes sense when you're facing a lot of enemies in very close combat at the same time.
Just finished this game after buying it during launch. Platforming at first was such a hassle and time consuming at the beginning; it was no fun. It was very frustrating that I couldn't go through and unlock everything in one planet during the time I'm there. However, the gameplay dynamics grew on me. Platforming became really fun after I unlocked the double jump. The area in Kamino with the big bird was really fun. The recurring duo semi-bossish fights were also something to look forward to when expkloring previously explored places. I don't think I'd do the game a second time around, but I will definitely play the sequel if there ever is one!
I don't care what anyone calls me. Fanboy. Apologist. Whatever. I just faced the 9th sister. This game has exceeded my expectations. There are time when I am frustrated by the map. But really, outside of that, I love this game. Not sure how far I am through it. So banking that my opinion probably will not change. I appreciate this video. Very helpful.
You can also get the double bladed Lightsaber on Bogano from the Abandoned Workshop. Cordova’s Lightsaber is in there and Cal will just attach that one to his/Tapal’s. You have to go to Zeffo first to obtain the Force Push ability and restore BD’s ability to slice but then you can head back to Bogano and gain entry to the workshop.
It's funny from being a veterans dark souls player these tips are common knowledge and I did all these things on a blind playthrough. I just wanted to see if I missed anything. Great video!
@@GamingWithAbyss Tonight was my first time playing it looking for upgrades. Worth it, yes but My god, if I don't have to ever go back there, I'm not. I did my due diligence 😂
I made a Collectible guide and it was an hour long because of all of the Collectibles you can get. I can't remember if you do have to go back there later on in the game
Biggest problem is doesn't auto-save even after a major boss battle. Also game doesn't tell you that you need to get as many skill point as possible to unlock all the Jedi powers. If not you'll finish the game before you unlock all the best ones. lol.
I just completed the Zeffo chapter of the game and I'm proud to say I figured out my way back without looking up a guide, took fucking forever but I figured it out lol
On my 1st play I get the duble blades on Kaashyyk on top of the origin tree. In 2nd on bogana after I got the push skill so I could traverse over that mini bridge to the workshop. But dathomir is the fastest way to get it after early bogana, you just need to survive the enemy's
If you get force push and go back to bogano you can get the double blades. Less dangerous but may take a bit longer. Dont think you need the double for zeffo but i guess it is nice to have.
I know I’m very late but there is one fast travel in the game and only one and it’s on kashyyyk where that bird you help in the story. When you go up to it it says “-Fast Travel-“ and it brings you back up to the area just before that big area of water
Best tip? You don’t have to go to Dathomir to get the double-bladed lightsaber. You can get it on Bogono in an abandoned workshop after you get the force push ability on Zeffo.
If they do add new game plus I only want it for the lightsaber crystals, lightsaber parts and vehicle, droid and character skins. Because the game is set up like a "Metroidvania" having all the skills, health and force upgrades and force powers would trivialize much of the game. That being said I would very much enjoy sporting the Cyan lightsaber crystal through the whole game.
@@GamingWithAbyss I love the game and its story enough to do it but that doesn't mean I have the time. And having my personal cosmetic version of Cal, the lightsaber, BD and the Mantis available when I land on Bogano would be nice for a guy that works 50 hours a week and still manages a stream on Twitch or two. - Six
Cat and Six Gaming! What’s the point if NG+ if I gotta go get all my upgrades again? That’s how you know this game is just padding. The fact that the force abilities aren’t just add on but the only reason the game kind moves forward is annoying. Sekiro, I could have my resurrections and health upgrades and that didn’t make me feel like I was trivializing the game. Build a solid game that’s for fighting and platforming and you don’t have to worry about “breaking the game” with NG+
@@BonzerMrT If you want to run around being negative about the game that's up to you. I am having a lot of fun with the game. If your not why would I want to hear your opinion.

There are definitely some elements similar to GoW. Personally I see more of Shadow of Mordor here especially when looking at fighting system. But generally it's a mix of some of the best elements from many games.
I saw a video saying that Fallen Order took every great aspect from all the best games. Platform/Climbing- Uncharted Meditation/Enemy Aspects- Dark Souls Puzzles/Tombs- Zelda World/POV- God Of War Minimap- Metroid But they do it so well. Honestly a great game.
Thank you I appreciate the support. You might not know this but I'm related to him..........JK 😂 funny thing is I used to watch his show all the time a while back
SETTINGS: AUTO GRAB CLIMBABLE SURFACES!!! Wish I knew this was available! Now I push the grab button automatically, but it was a pain to get used to! IDK how many times I fell but it was too many.
you can get double saber in bogano I went back there after zeffo and where there are many echoes and a work table, you get the handle of Eno Cordova and there you can do it
Once I finished the first planet (I’ve one idk) go back to the starter planet and you can use force push to get into the workshop and you can get the dual sabers there
And another thing is when you find a comfortable spot that yeilds a decent amount of exp and preferebaly for me a single enemy such as a chamber on zeffo i got stuck on there was a robot Guy who yeilded a decent chunk of xp and a meditation spot the other side of the room i say there is no shame in grinding to have more fun like being able to use more attacks
They should have made fast travel passable while meditating. Kinda like how the doors work in god of war. You go into meditate and press triangle to pick another meditation circle on that planet.
@@GamingWithAbyss grand master is pretty rewarding. And less frustrating since is very hard. Almost any attack can instant kill you. At least early on because of less vitality. But helps to learn parry way better then any other mode.
Force meter recharges automatically in every difficulty but Jedi Grandmaster?? I didn't know that, i started playing in said difficulty from the very beginning and everything's going smooth. Thought that force meter running out fast was a method to balance fights and make you feel more open to strikes, and thought it was normal O.o
@@PolarisYun well I get it, but it doesn't say anything about it in the settings. So basically the difficulty settings effects more then the 3 main thing the game talk about
Ok, so I don't agree with 1. Dathomir is just too difficult. To get there you have to kill 10 night brothers from the save point with only like 3 stims when you're going there early. I'd say pretty much impossible on the higher difficulties. Getting to that save point is difficult enough as it is. Not sure how important the upgrated slowing ability is, either. My feeling is it works better on the weaker enemies, and for those you really don't need it at all. So this is an ability I mostly unlock because it's necessary to unlock further abilities down that branch.
If you think the game is short, try beating ogdo bogdo without any experience of the game whatsoever, on Jedi master. It literally took me on hour or two.
Lmao I forgot this was originally a ps exclusive because the performance mode tip confused the hell outta me playing on pc. I'm just stupid. Good video though nonetheless!
yeah I always play on the regular systems not PC so tip like that is not going to be needed if you're on the PC you should already have performance mode built in
This game needs a NG+ to make it worth playing to completion. I know for a fact if Sekiro didn’t have the other endings or the 7 NG+ then that game would have been at the bottom of my pile just like this game has. I didn’t try to rush this game but I still felt like it was short and then finding out that there’s no NG+ killed my motivation to try and find the saber parts or pancho or suit colors. Causes what’s the point? Just for me to run around on these sparse enemy worlds. I went to dathrimer, Kashyyik (I’m spelling these planet names so wrong oops) and Zeffirelli’s and a lot of these enemies are boring to fight
Very useful and reasonable tips. Zeffo is the biggest planet in my opinion. A lot of people suggest getting that weapon from Datomir. Do you think playing on easy and normal can be considered being lazy ?
Console Performance Mode = Turn down resolution to achieve higher fps PC performance mode = Crank everything to max and play 4k @ 60+ fps #pcmasterrace
@@neil17z Not every planet, but Bogano, Zeffo, Kashyyk and Dathomir each have 2-3 seeds. You'll need to progress about 85-90% through the story to get the final ones on Dathomir.
How are people getting the dual light Sabre early don’t u you need certain moves to get it on dathomir? I had to go to zeffu first and I’m still on zeffu just to get my new move set
Timestamps in your video (but not to reveal which tip specifically but tip 1, 2 etc?) That would be cool, perhaps you have adopted this on your second part Jedi tips :)
Great game could of been longer wish they had a ton of side missions I was surprised when I beat it played only a few hours at a time over a week I'll still play and roam around enjoying the beautiful scenery just ashame I've done everything
I can't even find my way out of the first level just running around wall climbing jumping off cliffs and killing problems that's what this whole game is apparently
Why does everyone thinks that you have to go to Dathomir to get the upgrade? You can get it on Bogano as well in the beginning of the game when you go to the abandon workshop and boom you can get it there
I believe you need the force push in order to get it from Bogano. That's why everybody recommends getting it from dathomir because it's the fastest. Plus you can also get it from Kashyyyk after you get the double jump
Gaming with Abyss Perhaps it was a glitch than but I t didn’t need the force puch. The moment I got out of the vault the first time I got past that place and I had my double lightsaber
