Yo a diet shouldn't be cutting meals it should just be cutting down on junk food, eating healthy portions (not too much or too little), and healthier foods with reasonable amounts of unneeded sugars and fat to treat yourself the fact that her 3 meals and a snack are considered not a diet was highkey concerning
technically (as my biology teacher always says... like ALWAYS) a diet is what you eat, and everyone is on a diet. when many people say they're 'on a diet', they really just mean they're on a healthy diet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's probably because many idols having spoken about their extreme diets. Adding extreme exercising and training and many people believe any idols on a diet are starving themselves. 3 meals and a snack per day is not a lot for the amount of calories the burn daily, but people often forget that idols don't live an average life.
My teacher said you need sugar for energy and many more things, so you need to control the sugar you are eating or do some sports or dont do diet but keep staying healthy In my opinion entertainment companies dont know how to put idols into diets like some of them are underweight and they are performing, singing like that too

If you're going to use other people's edits, how about you credit them instead of just saying "I do not own these videos" in your description. You should atleast list the channels in which you took the videos from.. Not fair to the editor.

@@AR-fs4zz Personally, I would have rather they didn't used my specific edits just in general, but, honestly, credit's not that hard. I mean, honestly it feels like they searched up "Things [KPOP GROUP] Say that Seem like Fake Subs but Aren't" and just stole from them, 'cause I'm pretty sure their GOT7 stuff ( or some of it ) are taken from daydreamer's vids too. In which case, it would be easy to just list all of the videos they've taken vids from, but just by saying "I don't own these videos," it makes them seem like they're trying to hide the fact that they used other people's videos and edits. It's like compiling a number of fanarts that you didn't draw of a character and posting them all on one post saying that the art's not yours on your tumblr without sharing the artist's name and just brushing it off as "the art's not mine" -- it's not technically illegal, but your integrity is a little off. Formal credit, or, hell, even a pinned comment, is probably the LEAST they could have done.
SHINeeNAilee Yeah I completely understand where you’re coming from. Just saying the videos aren’t theirs is the bare minimum and is honestly really lazy. It should be a standard for all videos like this to credit all the individual creators in some way. Not crediting the originals just completely overlooks the hard work put in by you and other creators, especially when the video gets more views than the original. I hope the creator makes the right choice and finally gives you and all the other content creators the credit due to you. Best of luck to you and your channel.
