I was so surprised when the cake fell sideways and SHE GOT ANOTHER ONE!? and then again when the cake slice fell sideways in the box... wow, here in the U.S. they'd just pick it up and serve it all messed up.. it's cool how you value your customers like that.
once I dropped a cake on the floor in a bakery I just started working in and the other girl who has been working there for a long time looked at me then said don't worry it happens ALL the time she picked it up from THE FLOOR all messed up and sold it to the next customer then WINKED at me as if saying that's how it's done !! I resigned the day after.
All of America?! You just made all of America look bad! I’ve worked a local bakery and if a piece a sliced cake falls on its side, we used two spatulas to turn it right side up and there wasn’t any damage to the cake. It wasn’t dirty either. If we accidentally dropped a piece of sliced cake or pie on the floor, it goes straight into the trash. Food inspectors come in randomly without notice and if they saw that we picked up anything that dropped on the floor, that business would be closed immediately, and that employee would get fired on the spot by the boss. You made every place that sells dessert or even just food, look bad and lazy, in America. You don’t know how every café, coffee house, bakery or a restaurant is and how they handle their orders but I know that no one wants to lose their job, and do take pride in the work they do and the company they work for. If this person in the video didn’t use that piece of cake, then that’s just wasting food because it’s not dirty. I understand she wants it to look perfect but did she throw away that other piece? Hopefully she took it home or shared with someone else.
@@JMarieCAlove chill my guy. they never said "all of america," and zoe packed up the cake that fell on her plate to take home so it wouldn't be wasted, it was shown in the video. it was for presentation purposes, so the cafe wouldn't look sloppy for having cake frosting everywhere on the plate. please read things carefully

@@SelinaSong06 I mean, so does Starbucks and other cafes, Blessroll just uses plastic cans rather than cups. They actually cut down on waste a bit because they also use aluminum cans, which can be recycled, and the cans do not need plastic lids and straws.

Not only that, but how many layers of packaging goes with every purchase? The Tiramisu has a plastic box, then goes into the cardboard box, add more plastic (utensils in a plastic wrap) then put them in a plastic bag.
Well both S. Korea and Japan have such a huge, mandatory recycling program. I'm pretty sure that the packaging is made from recycled materials to begin with and that it's recycled after use. Japanese and S. Korean households have to separate their trash into like 6 different bins and have specific days of the week that each type of "trash" is collected. It's not like us wasteful Americans. In Asia the average person recycles better and more than the hard core recyclers in the USA

Tal como dices, Blessroll es una franquicia con cafeterías en varias partes de Corea, la madre de Zoe no es la dueña de la marca, sino que es más bien es como la "Directora Ejecutiva" de esa sucursal en particular, por lo que ella puede decorar el local como quiera y comprar distintas máquinas y herramientas que diferencian esta sucursal de Blessroll a otras (veo varios vlogs de distintos Blessroll y son todos distintos fisicamente, pero los postres y bebidas son casi las mismas). En uno de los otros canales de Blessroll que sigo respondieron esta pregunta, no sé si Zoe lo ha hecho. Lamento lo larga que salió mi respuesta ajajaj😂😂

I didn't go to school since January because in my country, we have a holiday ( Tet holiday, Lunar New Year ) and we don't need to go to school in 2 weeks but because Coronavirus this Tet holiday is the longest Tet holiday in history.
I just wished there would be an alternative for all of this plastic and aluminium :-( It looks lovely but it's horrible for the environment :-( when our children ask us what we have done with our earth, we will say: "we had at least fancy coffee" !
@@sonwai instead of just being serious about recycling we all should try to avoid using too much plastic. All of these to go cups are thrown into garbage. Even the recycling process uses a lot of energy and resources. So why not bring you own tumbler instead? It's because we are lazy. And that's a bad excuse for destroying our environment.
