As I get older I realize that I am devolving. Newer technology is becoming harder to understand, and the steering wheel in my car is getting taller, forcing me to crane my neck to see over it, which leaves my mouth agape. I didn't understand a thing until I turned on the annotations and that's because my dad never even bothered to teach myself or my brother Hindi when we were younger. It's not my fault that I don't know the language, it's his and besides, he sucks as a teacher anyway. He tried to teach me how to do math and I cried. I can just imagine him trying to have me learn a language he knows. He'd yell that I got the pronunciation wrong or something. He was a teacher too, which I find unbelievable.
