In every country I go I find that the locals don’t even notice the things that are unique to their culture, but for me as a foreigner is very easy to spot them.
Being in the amazing country of Poland 🇵🇱 already for 5 weeks I’ve noticed sooo many of these “traditions” or particular behaviors that I had to make this video.
In fact I have like 25 mire 😅🇵🇱❤️but I kept this video under one minute.
What do you think? Should I make it?! 😃

Correction: Maggie is not soy sauce, because it is not made of soy. It is a liquid seasoning thing. It comes from a plant: lubczyk. I'm a proud Polish Guy!

Shoe horn is everywhere. Hobbyhorsing is everywhere. Maggi is in a lot of places. Buraki also.

What you call "a spoon for the shoes" (and amazes you), is indeed a banal object helping you to put shoes on, existing in many countries. In Italiy it is called "calzante" (litteraly "the on-putter" or "the on-putting"), from the verb "calzare" (= "to put shoes or socks on").

Everything mentioned in this video except that special maggi sauce you can find in any Slavic country. I am from Russia and we have everything that you showed in video. P.s. i am pretty sure that the shoe spoon is a pretty common thing across the world.

Maggi is a whole nother thing than soy sauce. Its a german spice sauce. Also Poland and Germany are pretty similar it seems so that is cool

maggi is a name of the brand that (not only) makes soy sauce that's most commonly used in poland. that's like saying "vaseline", branded name, instead of "petroleum jelly", even if it's not produced by the unilever company.

swiss i think not sure its been in netherlands what seems forever but i know its not made here i know it as a refiner but also by the prefixed soup blocks. "maggi blokjes"
