they removed insane because it wouldn't make sense to move from easy to hard to insane to nightmare so they replaced insane with hard and hard with medium

Insane aint replaces by medium its replaved by hard cuz hard before only had 30 waved its the same as medium but now hard has 50 and inaane also have 50
