Liftmaster 1270 We actually moved out of that house in December, but it was running like new. Almost the first thing I did at our new place was. put one of these in to replace a vintage Raynor opener that was failing.

It probably was, but the Genie was reasonably priced, and of course the microwave crapped out the same week, and my wife needed tires on her car. Hopefully I'll have good luck with it.
