Things that don’t make sense in Winx Club 

Y'know what never made sense? The fact that Bloom was the lead singer in their band when they had the literal FAIRY OF MUSIC. My girl Musa getting underappreciated as always :(

What i didnt understand is why in season 5 , They barely gave Aisha time to grieve and they just immediately gave her a new love interest.

Okay but Flora literally said that her mother knew every flower in the magic dimension and didn't bother asking her mother for help with Aldora's flower.

The good thing that came with Nabu’s death was how he wasn’t ruined post season 4💀

Roxy not having butterflix is like not giving Aisha sirenix,flora sophix,bloom bloomix and Stella cosmix

i despise the fact that they barely did anything with floras powers. my girl was used as a PUNCHING BAG every season, which seriously made her look weaker than the others, which we all know isn't true. shes the fairy of NATURE, and what the producers fail to understand is that nature doesn't just consist of leaves and plants. she should be able to manipulate water, light, animals, and many other stuff but all they gave her is vines that break every 2.6 seconds. if thats what they wanted for her, then they might as well have called her the fairy of leaves. 💀#floradeservesjustice

My biggest frustration is how it's the winx club saving the world all the time getting all sort of upgraded transformation, but even the teachers back at Alfea seem to be stuck in their basic forms. Every other character other than the winx are just so underdeveloped. The world building is horrible

I still don't get over how roxy didn't get butterflix, even tho she helped the winx with the fight, and the fact season 7 was an animal based season and the fairy of ANIMALS got no time to shine whatsoever

I didn’t even realize she had her healing powers in season 4 will never forgive them for killing off Nabu🤦🏾‍♀️

Something about Winx club that never made sense to me, how bloom is never held accountable whenever she messes up. She’s always somehow the victim, even though it is completely her fault… this is especially apparent in her relationship with sky when frankly, it’s super abusive on her end… the same goes with Musa and riven. yes it’s bad on his end, but it only seems to focus on his end when it’s unhealthy on both ends.

I’ve always wondered why they just reduced Stella from being the sun, moon, AND star fairy…to just the sun fairy? And the fact that her mother kinda becomes nonexistent sometimes? i get her parents are divorced, but we rarely see her mom, or Stella using powers dedicated to the moon…or mention her mother? It’s like they pick and choose, but constantly make her declare she’s only a sun fairy?

Why did they overload bloom’s character lmao. 2 sets of parents all FOUR of which are still alive (Musa barely has a dad), homes in TWO dimensions, nymph sister, she’s a princess AND her bf is a prince, most powerful fairy (should’ve been Flora bc nature doesn’t mean just “plants”, it encompasses ALL the natural elements INCLUDING fire! They nerfed Flora for this smh), only fairy to go dark (it could’ve been Stella-it would’ve made a beautiful contrast to her light powers or Tecna- would’ve gave that “ai technology turning evil terminator” vibe or even Flora - a contrast from her usual calm and gentle personality), longest and best transformations outfits after believix, lead singer of the band (while Musa, the actual fairy of MUSIC, is RIGHT THERE!), also that asspull of a character, Selena, who just happens to be her “friend from earth” (this could’ve gone to Tecna since we BARELY know much about her life before the winx so her having a former best friend would make more sense). All the things that were taken away from her were given right back to her completely destroying her character development

The way that in s4 the earth fairies were imprisoned for centuries but 16 years ago morgana had a whole family and child 😂😂 like whaaaaat??

And I recalled that in season 1 episode 13, Bloom had the ability of seeing people’s auras and that power just got disappeared too.

Expectations: Bloom: It is to dangerous to go Reality Bloom: F off your not stealing my screen time.

There is another thing that bothers me about Winx Club canon the first three seasons even contradicted themselves. In episode 2 of season 1, Fargonda states that the duration of an Alfea student’s education is up to five years. But in season 3, the Winx are already close to graduation. If anything, the Winx should graduate by the end of season 5 since each season technically equates to one school year.

What I hate the most was Musa never ever had a chance to get a sirenix wish. Yeah she knew it would be wrong to bring back her mom. But she never ever had an opportunity or could have gotten another wish done...

I find it hilarious yet unsurprising that all of these happened post season 4

One of the things that boggled my mind the most is that Bloom literally has powers from the 'creator' of their universe but isn't even that strong. I don't know how to explain it, but Winx club did more telling than showing when it came to her powers. Also, didn't the Winx save the magical dimension numerous times? Why did they have to compete with other "powerful' fairies for Harmonix???? Another thing that bothered me was how weak the show makes Flora and Stella seem. Flora can literally control nature and Stella is the fairy of the sun, moons and stars. If anything, she should be considered to be as "powerful" as bloom. And Aisha can literally control water, why isn't she drawing water from trees like Katara???? Why does he power look like gum??? And Diaspro... Her crimes are numerous; SA (What she did to sky in season three was horrific, he was trapped in his body and made to make choices that he didn't want to) assault of a royale of a neighbouring kingdom, attempted murder, conspiring against the royal family, conspiring against her kingdom. And this isn't even everything. How is she not considered a war criminal??? If anyone can explain these things to me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

i honestly think that they should’ve made the other transformations, alternatives to enchantix, each one to complete each mission instead of making each transformation stronger than the other one before when in some cases it doesnt make sense like butterflix

The first 3 seasons make sense. it's because the writer only planed for the first 3 seasons the rest were speratic.

I actually mentioned something about Nabu, asking why his character was killed off. When they offered Bloom the chance to rescue him, he survived, but when they gave Aisha the chance, you know what they did -they had one of the Dark Circle brothers destroy the object to bring him back to life. They allowed to bring Sky back to life multiple times but killed off my favorite guy 😒

I would've liked if Daphne stayed as a ghost, Roxy joined the winx, and bloom gives up the dragon flame to defeat or save somebody.

Daphne Story was Dark during Season 1-3 before Nick Changed it to the sirenix curse It was about Daphne being killed by the Ancestral witches and becomes a Ghost Who guides Bloom during season 1 - Nabu Death Don't blame Bloom for it It's the writers fault for forgetting it in Ep24 of season 4 It's was probably because Iginio realising nabu was surpassing sky in the popularity list so that's why they killed him off Kinda Unfair 😭

To be fair, Believix was set to be an alternative fairy form for Earth, and Sophix and Lovix just unrelated gifts, by the end of season 4 they go back to Enchantix. It was just retconned later on. Funny how most of the inconsistencies come from season 5 and up...

Its a real shame that the show decided to throw its continuity out the window. It was great fun for the first few seasons, but season 5 and onward were a mistake.

We need a spin-off series where Roxy is the Main character and has her own aventure with her own friends.

I have not seen the first few seasons of Winx club but I have a collection of the later seasons, it has occurred to me that while Musa and Aisha were background characters, I feel like Techna was the definition of background character. I have rewatched the series and they never mention even a bit of Techna’s backstory in any of the newer (before season 7) seasons. And they only introduce her parents in season 6 when they go to her parents for some gadget for locating cloud tower. It’s also a fact that Techna is literally apart of the winx so you would think she’d get a decent bit of screen time. please nickelodeon younger me would have loved to see her character more often.

The retconned Daphne into being corporeally challenged due to the, nebulous, Sirenix curse, instead of dead. Getting rid of the curse does more than just give her back her body, so it is a sensible action, plot wise. Roxy's inconsistently categorized transformation lacks all of Believix's extra features, so it would still make sense to exclude her if they were truly necessary. They weren't, but it would make sense if they were.

You know it would have been cool if Musa was the lead singer of A band with two or three other fairies. We all know the Winx are friends, why do they have to do everything together. It would have been cool if making music was a hobby for Musa and it probably is but they didn't really show it that much. And maybe Jason could have been the band's manager or something. Even as a kid it confused me why they were all suddenly in a band cuz there was no inclination of them being as into music as Musa. I think it was just to fill time. Also, why does bloom have to say everything important even when the others find it out/ it would make more sense for them to know the information. The fact that bloom got so much screen time compared to the others is upsetting. Even as a kid it always annoyed me when she "got a feeling something's wrong". Ofcourse she's a fairy but so are the others and they never "had a feeling". And WHY wasn't Aisha the one to defeat tritannus. Idk why they have to have to remind us that bloom is the main character. We already know. And I was so mad they killed off Nabu. I was especially pissed when the ogron took the last gift of destiny. And tbh I think it would have been better if they left Daphne as nymph. She was having such a hard time back as a human. And the way they gaslit my girl Aisha when she wanted revenge. "This is not the answer" as if bloom wouldn't have wanted to kill Icy if she wasn't able to bring Sky back to life with her powers. And I'm sure Roxy wanted to punch Bloom in the face many times. Idk if you guys can tell but I low-key have a bias against bloom because they keep mistreating my favorite girls (Musa and Aisha) for the sake of bloom having more screen time and being the hero every time 😭. She really annoyed me sometimes. I did like her outfit from s1 tho. It was my favorite as blue is my favorite color. And that one scene of the ball episode in season one when she gets control of her powers and there's like electricity around her and her hair is waving. Ooh and that one time she called Riven out for being an asshole. "Guys like you give guys a bad name" 🤭 she slayed that. Also I did not watch season 8 of Winx club. I could not. The specialists look like literal babies and the squeaky voices ? No. I refuse. S1-3 really was the best. You can tell the writers didn't know what to do after s3 so they just did a bunch of bad writing. Idk why they didn't just take a break to write a good story. Look at the times, lots of old shows/movies are having a comeback and people are excited. I mean they tried to have a comeback with the saga but it was just so depressing. Also am I the only one who didn't like the hair color transformation for sirenix?? It looks ugly to me 😭. In my opinion it would have been better if they kept their original hair color but gave them a few streaks of colors that actually fit with them, like when Stella gave them all a streak in s5

5:35 enchantix is still their final form the other ones are just upgrades . They have different upgrades of transformations for different situations. The reason the upgrades are exist is that a fire fairy cant swim into water and fight with the evil . They need specific transformations .

Roxy is confirmed to be Magic Winx! In her leaked character model she is catalogued as "TR" the acronym for magic winx/charmix fairies and in ghe storyboards when she transforms there is always a note saying she doesn't do it like the winx, saying believix. The main writter of the show, the main storyboard artist of Season 4-8 and Wow and the person that designed her also confirmed she has Magic Winx! After like 14 years we finally have an official answer!

To be honest, I don’t mind Musa not wishing her mom back to life. She grew and learnt so much from that experience and developed as a person I don’t think she wanted to do it (also if it coincided with season 3, she would rather know how much her mom loves her and is in her heart)

So many obnoxious and annoying mistakes and plot wholes: especially with Daphne, the Well and the Trix’ relationships - they were originally Triplets, even Ingino has said this himself. Diaspro’s laugh after throwing Bloom into the Vortex of Flames and the Trix’ comment: “This is almost comical” really say what I feel about this load of pants. Thank you so very much! 💖🍀💖

5:27 This is the reason why I stopped watching Winx after season 3 and the movie about em saving Domino. In the 3rd season they said Enchantix(which is the best form they ever did) was the final form which implies that they didnt plan another season after that. The seasons they made after season 3 was like the sequals no one asked for. Not only did the plot go downhill, and the transformations too, but also the animation movements. They went from smooth realistic/normal movements to weird unreal game animation movements. Its as if someone is pulling their arm up like a marionette with the rest of the body standing still. Its more hacky than smooth.

I really don't understand why Eldora gets the ancestral wand in this episode because she never used it to battle other creature, defend herself, used any magic and she doesn't even transform into a Mythix fairy like Bloom, Stella, Flora, Musa, Aisha and Tecna. In my opinion I think the seventh ancestral wand should really go to Bloom's sister Daphne since she's the history of magic teacher and knows everything and deserved to get a second transformation as a Mythix fairy.

Another inconsistency is the tree of life. In season 2 when it is sick and Flora heals it, it is just a flower. However from season 4 and onward it's a giant tree with different purposes (like the well in Alfea's courtyard)

One thing is when bloom had that power to see people’s true intentions, and able to read their minds but when it goes season 2 and down. She loses that power or just never uses it. It would’ve been SO helpful to have that for all the seasons.

All the Winx have used their Sirenix wished after they pleased destiny except for Musa who is the only one who never granted her wished at all despite that she had done everything to save the singing Whales which never made sense all. Serious it's like the writers weren't trying to give a storyline for Musa to used her Sirenix wished, I know Musa once mention of using her wish to bring her mother but she realise isn't right but she could have used her Sirenix wish to protect the singing whales instead.

MLP made the same mistakes: In S4 Discord was able to track down Tirek when he stole magic he felt it and went there as soon as he could while in S9 Tirek steals magic and Discord has no reaction and doesn't even notice. Also, in S9 Ep25 the villains weren't able to use Discord's powers because they they were too... "chaotic". And yet in S4 Tirek used it just fine. And in Twitter MLP's creator said that Nightmare Moon banished Celestia to the moon on the first episode (also hinted that it was Celestia who freed her). But in the timeline where Nightmare Moon won Celestia was banished at moon instead (and don't get me started that in the S1 there was no pony on the moon). Also, Celestia got mad at Discord for freeing the villains out of good intentions while no pony knows Celestia also freed a villain out of some intensions. Her sister, Luna. Mane Six: Forgives Discord. Next episode: Mane Six: *Discord, why are you talking to us?* I guess this is something that just happens when shows went on for too long?

Another thing that doesn't make sense is that when Aisha was introduced as a princess who escaped her royal life but in season 3 she was treated as if it never happened. There was litterly the the "I was always proud to be the princess of Andros" and had to go trough a forced marriage with some dude who litterlty has the same backstory as Aisha but was Gary sue indeed. And then the was the episode where Nabu ended in a coma. Bloom could easly bring him back to life like she did in season two with Sky. It just doesnxt make sense. That and the toxic relationship between Musa and Riven is the main reasomn why i ship Musa and Aisha indeed.

Yeah there were a lot of things listed...the plot, forgotten character development writing, bad writing in general and ofc a lot more disrespect for our dearest Roxy. Rainbow literally forgot about how the show works in such small details presents here that they don't remember or haven't noticed it at all and to mention that Bloom takes too much all of that screentime for mostly everything. Glad I stopped watching this show a long time ago. It was such a phase from when I was younger. But not anymore. *disappointed face* 😑

Actually (I think) when Bloom said Aisha was in her final form (Enchantix) she didn’t know there were more fairy forms until Faragonda told her about believix, and they gained this other forms, so at the time when Bloom said it it would make sense to them, and then they gain more and more forms which makes it not make sense.

Winx should have ended on the fourth season, reviving Nabu.
