1080 probably has slightly better audio quality.

The video file itself is not straight from the Xbox; the editor chose to export the video in 1080p, regardless if the output quality of the Xbox 360 is only 720p (yes, you can do that). As for the better audio quality? That's not controlled by the video resolution, and AFAIK the difference between 720p and 1080p on YT doesn't affect the quality of audio, or it's negligible.

I could render N64 footage at 4k if I wanted to, resolution in rendering isn't limited by the source material. It has no benefits, but you can do it.

So for all anyone knows they took the pictures/videos solely for others to look at. Think of it this way. It's like if some random person was mugged on the street, no one would really care. But then a popular rich person goes around half a night waving their wallet in front of people, later someone mugs them, then suddenly everyones up in arms to find and punish the mugger. The way I think of it, is that there's no reason to be sympathetic to someone whose in the public eye(a position that puts them at greater risk and people putting them under a microscope) who ends up having nude photos of themselves leaked. They should be smart enough to know that people will try to get things like that and *NOT TAKE THEM TO BEGIN WITH*, and if they're not smart enough then they shouldn't paint a target on their own back then complain when someone takes the shot. Actually, Jeremy took over Ray's place technically. They even did a whole thing about it in a Minecraft Let's Build where they tore down Ray's old house and rebuilt it up for Jeremy to move into. Lindsay was mainly a "place holder" for the time being until Jeremy got there. But she would eventually become more and more part of the crew herself as time went on.
