Aloha. Couldn’t agree more about North America road trips. I’ve done it twice, once from the Florida Keys(92), and again in 2010 from Sonoma. Best drive ever if you’re prepared. I gotta admit my nana used to make pelimani by hand watching tv with a cigarette dangling out of mouth, never looked, all by feeling. We used shoyu, sambal, and sesame oil, or sour cream and dill. I went to Juneau in 99, fished at Anchor Point Lodge on Shelter island, had a blast, hopefully they’re still there!
So I glad that you’re still showing so of the drinking culture. It has disappeared from some of my favorite channels like Addicted Fishing and Born and Raised Outdoors. So keep on going
Wow, Jocelyn has such a presence in front of the camera! Very natural. She just commands it on this channel. Love these foodie videos. Makes me hungry. 🙂
I love lemon tree! you should also check out Zerelda's in the valley. I personally recommend their pork belly pho (only on thursdays i think) and their smoked pulled pork burrito.
The limits on drinks/beers in some places may be because they don't serve food. A lot of states (Washington for example) licenses brewery tasting rooms or distillery tasting rooms to operate without serving food. So they limit drinks. All other establishments that serve wine & beer or wine/beer/spirits, are required to offer food as well.
Good Video Jocelyn and Taku 😊. I loved Juneau. I did some work at the Fire Department 🚒 🔥 training facility there. Awesome people, great place. Keep the video's comin. Stay Safe 💕 💞 🙏 🙏
I wish I could recall what town I was in. It was a food trailer that served steamed Fresh Salmon caught from the river behind them. It was wrapped in foil paper served on top of a corn relish. The smell when they opened the foil was amazing. I just recalled they had a giant wooden carved bear in front of it
